The tour guide and driver were great throughout the day. The ranch was the best part by far, the horse riding was an amazing experience and I really enjoyed it. Cons: every stop is designed so that you part with more money instead of having a full experience. We also were picked up and dropped off separately to the rest of the group by a transfer which was really strange. You had to pay entry at the church, on top of hiring a skirt to cover your legs. At the plantation we were told that bananas and mangoes are usually free but this time we had to pay. My boyfriend was heavily pressured at the ranch to buy overpriced cigars. However, despite this we were very generous throughout the day to them. Great tour, but need a comfy and bit more room safari truck for the amount of time in the truck, Alex and eddy were great and did everything to make the tour enjoyable for me to as disabled person but got around everything, and a big big thank you to the guys at the ranch for allowing me to ride, I ride regularly but was told maybe no, but the guys were fab and patient, so if you are thinking of doing this tour, do it its fab, thanks again x.
