TorToolkit is Not Meant for Heroku

This REPO is not meant to be deployed on Heroku. Please respect the creator's decision. I am working on a repo, o fork of this so that it can be deployed on Heroku. The only reason I am not telling you to deploy this is that if the main repo gets banned then the Fork which I am designing will also not work.
