Hentai Voice actors - How do they even do it?
I don't even know how to word this but why on earth would someone put on a sex voice and saying crude words 'Cum cum cum' 'fuck me harder' blah blah bla and a fake organism? That is weird you might as well do Porn irl then. I cant imagine why someone would do this kind of shiz.

do not like ecchi or hentai I just wanted to see what the fuss is all about. I am never ever going to watch hentai ever again.

like seriously does the girl voice actor have any standards? like for realz?

A lot of voice actors start out by doing hentai and there is nothing weird about it. If you can't handle it then that means you are not ready to become a voice actor, just ask any porn star

Because completely shutting out the possibility of voicing hentai means they get less opportunity for roles.

Roles = Money
hentai roles = money

Therefore moaning and saying weird stuff gives them money.

Some people get turned on more by the audio then the visual.

Popular voice actors that've done hentai?
I know that a lot of VAs do eroge but I just learned that Illya's VA did the brunette sister in Overflow. Now, I kinda want to know what other popular VAs have done hentai because I didn't hear Illya right off the bat till I read the comments so I feel like other hentais I've seen also had VAs I know in em.

Keiji Fujiwara was in a bunch of adult VNs under the alias Akira Kota.
I know a good one- Sakurai Harumi, she voiced Yuri from Angel Beats, Lisanna from Fairytail and a handful of other characters. She voiced in hentai's like 15 Bishoujo Hyouryuuki, Anejiru, Rance, Tropical Kiss and a couple of good other hentai's. Shes one of my favorite VAs in hentai.

Asami Imai (Kurisu - Steins;Gate) voices some eroge under an alias

Suzumura Kenichi (Sougo Okita - Gintama) has voiced in a hentai

Hiroshi Kamiya (Levi - SnK) also voiced in one, although I haven't personally seen it so can't say how alike his voice is

Takahiro Mizushima (Taichi - Kokoro Connect) voices in quite a few, same with Junji Majima (Stunk - Interspecies Reviewers)

Itou Shizuka ( Rias Akeno - Highschool DxD), Ayumi Fujiwara (Misaki - maid-sama) as well




and if you look into BL, you'll find tons of famous guys, especially when they were early on in their careers. Like Junichi Sawabe (Aizawa - My Hero), Abe Atsushi (Moritaka - Bakuman.), and I'm pretty sure you can even find guys like Kaji Yuuki and Hanae Natsuki in some bl games






keep in mind some of these are only for eroge and not hentai animation per se

Our lord and Saviour Daisuke Ono voiced the MC of hentai Boin.
As far as I know most of the boys do (or have done) yaoi under different aliases (I´m not into that but I think the voice of Natsu from Fairy Tail have various roles in drama cds and stuff). Itou Shizuka (miss Ara Ara) also have done some.
There so many that have done some adult voicing work that it honesty doesn't suprise me anymore.

* Daisuke Ono (also known as Jotaro Kujou - JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Killer T-cell - Cells at Work!, Itsuki Koizumi - Haruhi series etc.)
* Ikue Ootani (mostly know behind the voice of Pikachu - Pokémon)

Tomokazu Sugita (Gintoki, Kyon, Joseph joestar) recently voiced in Rune's Pharmacy
Even Ikue Otani, voice of Pikachu and Tony Tony Chopper, isn't safe. Yep, she was in hentai. A rather hardcore one at that. Sweet dreams.

I would argue that it's even more common with male seiyuu. Just about every single active in the 10's male seiyuu has done at least one erotic otome or BL CD except Masaya Onosaka *sobs* . Even Minoru Shiraishi. It's like a rite of passage.

A few English voice actors have done some voice acting for hentai. Dan Green (Yami from Yu-Gi-Oh) comes to mind. Including Temptation , Angel Blade , and Mystery of the Necronomicon .
