The story contains new updates towards the end – don’t miss.
Yesterday, it came to light that popular Japanese adult entertainment service Hentai Haven has shut down. It was a surprise development that involved removal of the service’s Twitter handle and online merchandise store, as well as purge of the HH Facebook page.
The company had made the following announcement through both its social media channels and official website:
And here’s how some users reacted to the news:
https://twitter.com/krstncldt_/status/1076424701210124288
https://twitter.com/KrazyRabb1t/status/1075904161928110080
https://twitter.com/Yfnib/status/1075965082025132032
However, there is a new development on the matter.
The announcement text on the official Hentai Haven website has now been edited to reflect that the service may not be dead after all. The announcement now says Hentai Haven is teaming up with Fakku to save the service.
While there’s no more information on this collaboration at the moment, as you can see in the modified announcement, further updates on the matter are expected soon.
If you want to know more about why Hentai Haven got shut down, let me give you a straight answer: there’s nothing concrete known about it at the moment.
A lot of theories are floating around, including financial issues and legal as well as copyright problems. But all of these are rumors as of now.
In fact, the following ‘repay loan for Fursuit’ story is complete false.
We are placing our bets on legal problems. You can read our first coverage here for almost every detail we have been able to trace about this episode. It’s a continuously developing story, so don’t forget to keep coming back for all the latest updates.

Well I'm in the discord server and we're told the site will stay down and we all should stop asking about it. No joke, he basically told us to shut the fuck up and stop asking. We have been fed no info as to why it has been shut down as financial and struggle of power have been debunked many times. Doesn't help that the Facebook and Twitter have also been deleted, so there is no way anyone can ask them what's going on, let alone go to the Discord as they have disabled the ability to invite people in the Discord.

Hilarious, but Hentaimama is where it's at anyway
This is the most 2018 headline of all headlines
the site has gone to hentaiheaven and will be remembered fondly forevermore
I'm embarrassed to ask, but what was Hentai Haven?
Hentai isn't my sexual kink, but were they the de facto place to get this type of content? I mean, is it a really big blow to the community for this site to go down?

How novel a site dedicated to hentai. Who would have thought such a thing could have existed!
Did people donate that money that was supposed to go towards server costs and instead went to the fursuit?

For a brief moment, I actually considered looking up how fursuits are made to understand how much a decent one would cost.
I'm embarrassed to ask, but what was Hentai Haven?
First Emuparadise and now this. I just can’t take it.
Man what a terrible month for accessible NSFW content.
At least Tumblr gave you a few weeks to back up your stuff. 24 hours is rough

2018 continues to provide the entertainment.
It's okay, I'll just go to Tumbl-
OH NO
I’d say the name is quite descriptive.
"Accessible"
I mean it's an illegal streaming service at the end of the day...

People demand answers about why a pirate hentai site is shut down?
There is a much better website available that has better quality and an Android App.
Furries continue to ruin everything.
Why would you explicitly state what that loan was for. Oh lord.
Furry confirmed superior to manga/anime.

So for someone unfamiliar with hentai website rankings, is Hentai Haven considered a forerunner of Hentai websites?
They are a site where you can dl/stream hentai basically. The unfortunate part of this is that they also released subs for certain h animes. Although hentai anime as awhile has been really bad for years now, its mostly boring vanilla shit instead of the awesome stuff like taimanin asagi.
Hilarious, but Hentaimama is where it's at anyway
with the numerious boorus out there this doesn't seem like all that much of a loss

Hentai Haven was shut down! What are the best alternatives?
Author: PornDude , obsessed with porn and creator of PornDude.com December 22, 2018
The adult world has received some bad news yet again. Just weeks after Tumblr implemented a blanket ban on adult content, another popular hentai porn site – Hentai Haven (HH) has closed down.
The website http://www.hentaihaven.org is no longer working, and neither is its Twitter and Facebook accounts. The site has been down since Dec 19 and even the official HH merchandise official page, despite being operational even when the main site was shut down, has also been removed. What’s more, even Google has excluded the site from its index. It appears the site has been completely wiped out of the internet.
We may never know the real reasons behind the shutdown unless the founders offer a clarification. The site only gave a vague explanation as to why it was shutting down: “As a wise man once said, every journey must come to an end – and unfortunately, it ain’t the happy kind this time. There’s plenty of options out there now,” reads part of the official statement.
Following the unfortunate event, people have been speculating with different theories brought forth. Some are claiming a Russian interference and are seeing the shutdown as an attempt by the Russian government to prevent people from accessing adult content. Pornhub statistics indicate that Russia is one of the largest consumers of hentai porn. However, there has been no official statement from Moscow, yet we are not expecting one either.
Another explanation is the tightening laws regarding porn content. According to the hacker group- Anonymous the site’s servers were hosted in Australia and the country has been coming down hard on porn which could be another reason as to why HH was shut down. Meanwhile, a Reddit thread claims that a HH alternative is in development and with top-tier videos quality.
Legal issues could also be a reason for the shutdown. It is to be remembered that the site lost its ‘loli’ tag due to legal reasons and Google may have received copyright complaints against HH.
There have been some positive movements behind the scenes since I wrote this piece. It appears Fakku have stepped in to try and help keep Hentai Haven online for a little longer. Just a few days ago, it looked certain to be a bad ending to 2018 for HH, but it appears there might be some reprieve after all!
If you visit the official HentaiHaven.org website, you will see a notice from the owners with a simple message: “We’re teaming up with FAKKU to save HH! More details soon.” The goodbye message left by the site has also been cancelled. We don’t know the exact implications of this move, but it’s certainly good news to hentai fans who had been devastated by the news if its closure. You can watch the announcement here .
Fakku is an adult digital content distribution network and they are likely teaming up with HH to stream their content while also availing adult oriented games from the digital storefront. It’s a matter of wait and see and as usual, I’ll certainly keep my ears on the ground for new development. But as things stand, it appears hentai haven may have been spared the embarrassment of being relegated to the internet’s digital graveyard.
That said, lovers of hentai can still afford a smile. There are many other tastefully perverted sites to quench your thirst for hentai content. The Porn Dude looks at the best alternatives.
Hanime TV is a great looking hentai porn website where users have access to free and unlimited anime. There are loads of curated 720p/1080p HD hentai videos, and the site works well on all devices. The artists here really know a thing about what gets people horny with fantastic artwork, and if you add multiple daily updates into the mix, you will understand why Hanime TV should be the first destination you turn to for hentai.
Like the name suggests, Hentaigasm is ready to give you the orgasm of your life. The site has one of the largest hentai archives which is fitting considering it receives 13.5 million monthly visitors. If you love seeing naked anime sluts having their faces sprayed with cum or spreading their toon twats for all manner of creatures, there is every chance you will love Hentai Gasm.
These guys are serious about what they do, and there is a ridiculous amount of anime porn from the best studios on the planet. Anyone into the idea of hot anime sluts sucking and fucking cocks will find plenty of fap content in this massive archive. The content on hentaimama comes with several language options as well as subtitles. You should be able to enjoy the content from wherever corner of the planet.
Muchohentai.com is another excellent location of hentai. It offers both censored and uncensored content in qualities not lower than 480p. The videos are available for download, and as things stand, the connections are unlimited. You will have your pick of raw Japanese hentai with new scenes added on a daily basis. The content here also has English and Spanish subtitles which is even better.
Looking for some high-quality hentai videos? Visit Animeidhentai.com today. Most of the content may be censored in accordance with Japanese laws, but it comes in incredible 1080p full HD resolution. However, there is still a solid amount of uncensored content with regular updates. Content here covers several niches including incest, loli, creampie, futanari, rape, schoolgirls and much more. You can’t simply go wrong.
Hentai Stream is basically a porn tube with close to 3,000 full episodes from over 1,000 hentai series. The team certainly knows what it is doing, and although the site has been around for a decade or so, there has been a sharp increase in popularity with the site receiving over 23k visitors a day. The content is downloadable, and the site has availed a solid amount of uncensored content as well. Hentai Stream also has an active community which is even better as you get to interact with other hentai lovers.
Another perfect source of high-quality Japanese hentai from leading professional studios is Under Hentai . When content is sourced from professional studios like Antechinus and Pink Pineapple, you know shit is about to get real. It is one of the few sites which allow users to catch the latest professional releases without paying a dime although I have a feeling that the studios may not be too happy about that. The site is easy to use, and content covers multiple genres which should be music to your ears.
X Anime Porn should be your next destination for free hentai porn videos for streaming and download. They have a fantastic collection and should be a source of immense erotic pleasure especially considering most of the content is available in HD. The site features a simple design but is very well organized. Videos are accompanied by descriptions and have a good average length of 20 minutes. The site has plenty to offer, and videos stream without issues.
Even someone who is not a fan of hentai will love what Kiss Hentai is offering. The hot cartoon porn here will absolutely drive your imagination. You will have several genres to pick from including anal, toy play, big boobs, facial, and creampie among many others. There are hundreds of episodes to check with the site also compatible with mobile devices. Interact with other freaks in the forum, request hentai, report errors with the content among many other options — not a bad option to have.
There is every reason to love Hentai Love . The first is the large collection of content (over 1400 episodes in HD), great design and wonderful graphics. There are options to browse the content by Trending Today, Popular This Month, Newest Releases or Most Popular. The cartoons are drawn to perfection and content features some catchy and kinky plots. The site also has a wonderful video player and a search option that can be found on the website’s header in every page. Just what the doctor ordered, huh?
Hentai Haven may have shut down, but as you can clearly see, there are plenty of options to turn to for your daily dose of hentai. Of course, the above list is not exhaustive and you can head over to our hentai category for a more comprehensive list.

For all of you asking about why hentai haven shut down. This is it.
This was an old April fools joke it isn't the reason for the website being closed down.
I ain't buying it. This must be a joke like when pornhub says they'll post all the vids you watch to your facebook page.
It’s a copypasta so yeah it’s a joke
This is by far the gayest shit I’ve read in relation to this HH shutdown
