📜 HenryCrossBase – Terms of Service (ToS)

By purchasing any product or service from HenryCrossBase / CodeOpsHub, you automatically agree to and are legally bound by the following terms. These policies are non-negotiable and apply to all transactions without exception.

⚠️ 1. Acceptance & Updates

• Automatic Acceptance: Any payment made constitutes full, unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.

💰 2. Payment & Delivery Policy

• Full Payment Required: No API access, credentials, source code, or deliverables will be provided until 100% payment is received.
• Payment Methods: Strictly Cryptocurrency only (USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, or others by mutual agreement).

🔒 3. Refund Policy (Strict – Limited Exceptions)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are issued for environment failures, third-party patches, or "changing your mind."

• Exception A (Feasibility): If a configuration is confirmed technically impossible to complete by the developer, a 100% refund is issued.
• Exception B (First-Time Custom Guarantee): For new customers only, if a custom request is not delivered within 24 hours of payment, a 100% refund may be requested.

⚡ 4. Dynamic Security & External Changes

• Security is Dynamic: Security landscapes evolve constantly. If a target platform updates its security—whether 2 days or 2 weeks after delivery—this is an external change.
• Liability: HenryCrossBase is not responsible for third-party patches, updates, or "fixes" implemented by target services after delivery.
• Maintenance: Security maintenance is a professional service, not a gift. Target Update = New Task = New Payment.

📂 5. Code Transparency & Configuration Files

• Source Code: You receive the full source code. Professionalism is expected; inability to read or interpret the code does not constitute a "broken" product.
• One-Time Delivery: Configuration files are provided one time only. Lost or deleted files will NOT be reissued.
• Bypass Attempts: Any attempt to bypass the reissue policy results in a permanent ban and immediate block from all services without appeal.

🛠️ 6. Post-Delivery & Custom Work

• No Free Updates: Any modifications, feature additions, or patches for new security updates after delivery are considered new services.
• Process: Projects are completed in full before debugging begins. Bugs are reviewed collaboratively post-delivery to ensure accountability.

🕒 7. Business Conduct & Hours

• Strict Hours: Official business hours must be respected. Payment does not override these hours; work resumes only at the start of the next business day.
• Communication: Business-only. No unnecessary chatter or time-wasting.
• Zero Tolerance: Disrespect, harassment, or unprofessional behavior results in immediate termination of service, no refund, and a permanent block.

⏳ 8. Inactivity & Referrals

• Inactivity: Unresponsiveness for 14 consecutive days after payment results in the order being marked completed. Future work will require a new agreement.
• No Referrals: We do not recommend third-party vendors or sellers. Do not ask.

✅ 9. Final Agreement

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are a professional who understands the technical reality of this industry. You accept that all sales are final, there are no free updates, and that you are paying for the technical expertise delivered at the time of the transaction.

If you need a patch for a new update, message for a quote. If you want to complain, do it elsewhere.
