1. Agreement to Terms

• Automatic Agreement: By proceeding with any purchase, you automatically agree to these Terms of Service (ToS).
• Changes to Terms: HenryCrossBase reserves the right to update these terms at any time. You are bound by the latest version at the time of each purchase.

2. Product & Payment Terms

• Pre-Payment Conditions: Full API configurations, source code, or final product will not be shared prior to full payment.
• Accepted Payment Methods: We only accept cryptocurrency payments, including but not limited to:

• BTC
• ETH
• LTC
• And more...

3. Refund & Support Policy

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• [NO REFUND] If the target has been patched after purchase.
• [NO REFUND] If you change your mind or no longer need the product after payment.
• [NO REFUND] If the product or service is leaked in any way.

4. Customization & Updates

• Any requests for modifications, updates, or patches after delivery will be considered separate services and charged accordingly.

5. Collaboration & Error Review Process

As a coder, I follow a structured development process:

• I complete the entire project first before beginning the debugging and error-checking phase.
• Once development is complete, we will review and fix any issues together.
• This ensures efficient troubleshooting and a better understanding of the full project scope.

6. Completion by Inactivity

• If a customer disappears or fails to respond for more than 14 days (2 weeks) after payment, the order will be considered complete and closed.
• Any further work will require a new agreement and payment.

7. Final Agreement

By purchasing any service or product from HenryCrossBase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
