Henry Kissinger's interview for "The Atlantic"

Presenter: You have mentioned an interview with Henry Kissinger. Could you comment on his interview for "Atlantic" magazine, which he gave before and after the elections?

Valery Pyakin: Yes, very momentous interviews. Especially the one prior to the elections. But ending the previous topic, I would like to say the following. Here, anyone who wants to understand what is happening in the United States, you need to investigate into the last 11 days before the election in the United States. 

Why did Comey again open a criminal case against Clinton, and how was it stopped. It is the key to open almost any direction in opposition to the American country and global "elite"s. It is a fundamental event. 

As for Kissinger. You’ve probably paid attention to the elections in Moldova and Bulgaria, which western press has called "pro-Russian". But, it is such a question ... pro-Russian or not.

The question is that, for example, in Moldova, it does not show any signs of stopping.

In general, they don’t even address the point. Why? Because they are waiting for the order from Washington. What order is it going to be ... The press knows that they lied to the public and that the country will simply be "sawed" but they did not care about the country.

Those deceived, there are swindlers as " maidanned up in the head", who later joined the punitive battalions, but there are simply deceived people in Ukraine ...The same is here.

It is them who start acting in a certain algorithmics, which had been prepared. But there’s no order from Washington. 

Do you know why else? It’s because the main person responsible for relations with all countries and peoples, said: "I have a main mission and it is to be an ambassador." For the first time an American ambassador will go on a diplomatic mission ... to penguins in Antarctica! 

And he did fly away to Antarctica to have a rest.

"And you do please sort it out!" While they can still work out what to do about the current issues. Now, however,  it is necessary to solve the conceptual problem where the state will move. 

And no Nuland and the kind can solve it, they simply do not know how.  And with the calls: one day they call Lavrov, the other day they don’t, one day they agree, the other day they cancel the agreement. The penguins have bad connection, you see. Therefore, they agree and think they will be able to talk with Kerry and Kerry says: "I can not speak"  and they cancel! They are locking horns over this issue. And, as a result, we see this hysteria:

Moldova will fall into the orbit of Russian world! How are we going to dismember people for their organs! How are we going to "Europeanize" the country? It’s almost ours. It is ready for "maidan", it is ready for the civil war, as in Ukraine, it is ready for everything! Just give a go-ahead!

There is no one today to give a go-ahead. Maybe someone will even dare. Because the US country "elite", I’m repeating myself , they do not understand global politics, and there are enough of them holding the key positions.

        So, going back to Kissinger. This is directly related to the interview with Kissinger. He rattled off a lot of things, it’s  a very interesting interview published by the «Atlantic» [1]. It’s full version is very interesting. 

But do pay attention to the key point please. I'm just going to read. "Few countries in history have started more wars or caused more turmoil than Russia in its eternal quest for security and status." 

Russia does not accept the colonial status, affiliation, and the like. Here what he’s saying. That Russia is a sovereign country, and this will have to be considered. Russia will never agree to any concessions to the Western countries, it will fight for its sovereign status. 

He talks about it. In this sense, it is opposed to the West. But then what does he say? " It is also true, however, that at critical junctures Russia has saved the world’s equilibrium from forces that sought to overwhelm it: from the Mongols in the 16th century, from Sweden in the 18th century, from Napoleon in the 19th century, and from Hitler in the 20th century.

"It is important. " In the contemporary period, Russia will be important in overcoming radical Islam." You see? They brought up a huge muscle mass of the so-called Islamists,  and they must be disposed of. How to deal with it without Russia, the Western world does not know. 

Russia has the tools. Therefore, the global predictor, represented by Kissinger, has no other option but to negotiate with Russia and make concessions. For this reason, I say that if someone from the "elite" of the management or of the deputies will decide to work with Putin, he will receive this protection too. 

Because Putin needs tools to maintain his policy. They now need to save the peace on the planet. They need to have all the processes manageable here because the world has entered a very serious stage, the United States are being reformatted. 

Management concentration center has not been fully transferred to China. Forced to enter the maneuver with Brexit. The challenges are numerous! And there is only one stabilizing force, which is Russia.

Therefore, whoever they may say, Ukraine and Moldova, and the former Soviet Union countries, Eastern Europe, and in general everything that Russia (we will say so) will be able to take under its wing – everything will be given away. Not brought on a silver platter, no. But: "If you can take it? Then take it. 

We will not resist. " Exactly that is happening in Moldova. This is what is happening in Bulgaria. In other words: "If you can take it, then take it. We won’t interfere here. We’ll pull you out of resources - in a different way – we’ll do it through your management body."

Trump’s victory in the United States ... We have not discussed even a hundredth part of what was required. But our analytical community, as brainstorming show at various political shows is...

Valery Victorovich: ... yeah, and others. It shows the absolute incompetence and misunderstanding of management. Because they do not have methodology of learning. You see, they do not want to learn. And there’s no other way, if you do not learn, management will develop regardless of you, and you will be thrown on the sidelines of history!

The Conception of Social Security was given to the management body of Russia at the parliamentary hearings in November 1995. A special book was published. Here in Altai this book was given to all the deputies of the Legislative Assembly, to the heads of departments and deputy governors, to everybody with parliamentary hearings materials.

But we see the result. And throughout the country, we see the result. And we see the “analysts”. For them, the Conception is something like: "Ah! I'm not going to puzzle out sectarianism! We can not understand the information, so  we can just believe. Only believe!"

When I look at these media, it is some kind of nonsense! There isn’t even an attempt to create a similar media to «New York Times».

They do not even understand the publications, made by the «New York Times», where is the direct canvassing, where is the reversed one. I'm not even talking about the «Financial Times», «Sueddeutsche Zeitung», other publications. 

And even more so about  the gradation of these publications: which one is methodological, which, is, so to speak, operationally-assembling, which is a functional combat detachment in a particular area.

There’s no such understanding! "And they do not feel the need of it! I am here in Moscow, I was on a talk show! Here is the money and what else do I have to  know? Everything will happen the way I will say. " No, it won’t! Trump’s election has already shown that.

Why did Clinton go so brazenly? They thought that the “the plebs lap it up ". They did not understand simple thing, which I told about a month ago, when I was giving an interview to some resource, I said: "Just notice, the information campaign of the elections has moved from the legal sphere of the media to the Internet. You should keep track of it! Trump is winning completely! "

So, mind you, knowledge is power. Take the power in your hands. Learn the Conception of Social Safety and Sufficiently General Governance Theory  and be happy. Protect the interests of your family, your own and your state! Peaceful sky over your heads!  Goodbye.
