-Error "Open App again"
This error mainly appears after opening the verification application. This problem occurs because the application does not have full rights and cannot identify you. To fix this error, you need to find the verification application in the settings and give it all permissions. This is necessary for complete verification of your identity; your data is processed automatically and no one has access to it. Below are screenshots of what it should look like.


-Error "Network is overloaded" when withdrawing funds
This error appears when withdrawing funds. Don’t worry, your funds are safe, this error indicates that the transfer network is currently overloaded, in most cases this error will disappear by itself within 10 minutes.
-Error "Device not supported"
This error occurs mainly due to the fact that you are trying to enter the application not from an Android phone. At the moment, unfortunately, verification is only available from Android devices.
Change your device and try again!
-Error "The file is infected with a virus"
This error mainly affects those who use third-party antiviruses. If your antivirus interferes with verification, disable it while you are authenticating. If the built-in antivirus produces such an error, then you can simply click “Ignore”. The file may be displayed by some antiviruses as malicious due to the fact that we use deep device analysis technology, and by some antiviruses it is considered a virus. All data is completely classified, and no living person has access to it, all checks occur automatically.
-Error "Failed" when withdrawing funds
If you get such an error, you need to immediately contact support. This may be due to your account falling into the wrong hands, or due to the blocking of one or more internal Aplify accounts.
