А зачем запихивать два вопроса в одно предложение? Вопрос задаётся к глаголу "знать", а остальное - дополнение.

А почему не континиос во второй части?
Вот опять..второй раз попался.."она все еще живет" - значит и в данный момент все еще живет почему не "...she is still living..." ???
to live нечасто употребляется в continuous. Если человек где-то живёт, это (обычно) более или менее постоянное место.
