Pregnant Heidi Montag has put her baby bump on full display! The Hills alum posed nude for a luxurious maternity photoshoot as she awaits the arrival of her second baby boy with husband Spencer Pratt .
“Thank you @oxanaalexphotography for capturing this moment of time, embracing the beauty and transformation during #pregnancy,” Montag captioned the Sunday, August 21, Instagram video of herself surrounded by pastel flowers.
The blonde beauty rocked a light purple bra and underwear set in several of the photos while going completely nude in others, only using flowers to cover her intimate areas.
As OK! reported , Montag and The Princes of Malibu star, who already share 4-year-old son Gunner Stone , announced in July that their new bundle of joy will be a bouncing baby boy.
“I’m having a boy!” the "Blackout" vocalist excitedly revealed in a recent interview. “Oh, my gosh. … I did the earliest test to find out and I just felt like my doctor had the answer so I called. And I was like, ‘Hey, just wanted to check in to see if you guys got the result?’ And they were like, ‘Actually, we just got them 10 minutes ago.’ So I couldn’t wait for Spencer and I was like, ‘OK, I’m ready!’ They were like, ‘It’s a boy!’ And honestly, I was so shocked.”
“I was going back and forth because everything felt the same as [when I was pregnant with ] Gunner,” the pregnant mama continued. “I was like, ‘These are the exact same symptoms, the exact same thing.’ But I think for the past year I kind of thought I’d have a girl. … But then when I found out it’s a boy — when the shock wore off — I couldn’t be happier because ultimately my biggest prayer was whatever would be the best for Gunner."
Montag and Pratt, who have been married for 14 years, announced in June that after the Laguna Beach star underwent a surgical procedure in August 2021 to increase the couple’s chances of conceiving again, they were expecting their second child .

The reality TV star – who is expecting her second child with husband Spencer Pratt – beamed as she showed off her baby bump in the stunning floral-themed pregnancy photoshoot
Beaming as ever, reality TV star Heidi Montag bared it all for a stunning pregnancy photoshoot. The actress and her husband Spencer Pratt are expecting their second child. The ‘The Hills’ star’s pictures showing off her ample baby bump leave little to the imagination.
The images clicked by photographer Oxana Alex showed Montag in various poses. In one photo she can be seen on a sofa with a purple tulle dress draped over her body. In other pictures, she posed completely naked, covering her privates with her hands or flowers. This is Montag’s second child after her long-standing battle with infertility, which she has often shared online.
On Instagram, Montag shared a reel showing some behind-the-scenes moments from the photo shoot. She captioned her post, “Thanks @oxanaalexphotography for capturing this moment in time and embracing the beauty and transformation during #pregnancy.”
On the roll, she’s dressed all in lilac as she lies on her side and poses for the pictures. The pastel theme of the photoshoot was quite evident as her outfit and background followed the palette scheme of softer tones. Behind her is a wall covered with pastel flowers and a mirror standing to one side.
Other pictures show her completely naked, with her blossoming belly taking center stage. In a sideways shot shared by PageSix, she can be seen kneeling, her hands cupping her breasts.
In another shot, the ‘Laguna Beach’ actor was captured in a more floral setting. Surrounded by greenery, she holds a bouquet of flowers and leaves in one hand, covering her chest. Her blonde hair is draped on one shoulder and she is looking straight at the camera.
Montag has spoken frequently about her struggles with infertility after undergoing surgery in August 2021. The couple, who are already parents to a boy named Gunner, were hoping to conceive again.
Montag shared the news of her second pregnancy, calling her her “miracle baby” and revealed her emotional reaction to discovering her prayers had been answered. “When I saw the word ‘pregnant’ I started crying hysterically, overcome with joy and shock, and I ran upstairs to show Spencer,” she writes, adding that she “couldn’t believe that I was pregnant again.”
She also shared the news with her little boy: “Gunner asked me why I was crying and I told him I was so happy because he’s going to be a big brother! To say we’re all thrilled is an understatement. I am so grateful! We are really looking forward to the upcoming trip.”
Montag and Pratt tied the knot 14 years ago. Their second child is expected in December 2022.

Pregnancy can be a wild ride. One minute you’re feeling like an angel on earth — glowing and walking on air. The next minute, you’re 39 weeks with swollen feet, balancing a bowl of Oreos on your stomach. It’s normal not to feel 100% comfortable in your skin during the journey of pregnancy because hello, it takes a huge toll physically, mentally, etc., but when you do feel good — what’s the harm in showing yourself off?
The Hills alum Heidi Montag would say there is no harm at all. The reality TV star recently posed for a pregnancy photoshoot in which some of the photos have her completely nude, showcasing her gorgeous pregnant body.
“Thank you @oxanaalexphotography for capturing this moment of time, embracing the beauty and transformation during #pregnancy,” Montag captioned an Instagram post showcasing a video of her draped in a lilac-colored robe in front of a gorgeous flower wall.
In other photos from the shoot, obtained by Page Six , Montag poses completely nude, only covering her private areas with her hands. In other shot, she uses bouquets of flowers to cover up while showcasing her pregnant stomach.
This is not Montag’s first pregnancy. She and husband, Spencer Pratt, welcomed their son Gunner into the world in 2017. Since then, she has not held back about her struggles to get pregnant again.
In August 2021, Montag underwent a surgical procedure to increase the couple’s chances of conceiving again. She underwent a hysteroscopic polypectomy procedure, in which non-cancerous uterine polyps are removed. “I was feeling nervous last night about it, but I'm excited today," Montag said in a vlog. “And I hoping that the surgery works and that this is the only reason I haven't been able to get pregnant.”
Turns out she may have been onto something because by June 2022, Montag and Pratt confirmed to Us Weekly that they were expecting their second child. “ ... I took my Clear Blue pregnancy test and I saw I was pregnant. I couldn’t even believe it. I was shocked!” Montag told Us. “ I was crying. I ran upstairs like ‘Spencer, it says pregnant!’ Gunner was like, ‘Why are you crying? What’s happening?’”
After learning all that The Hills couple went through in order to add to their family, it’s no wonder why Montag wanted to document her pregnant body in all its glory. Wishing her all the best!
