Hi, I’m Heather! I’m a wife, mother of four (yes, you read that right, four crazy kids), marketing guru, content creator and artist. Whew. That’s a lot. I am lovin’ life by the beach in beautiful Charleston, SC.
I worked in corporate marketing for over 5 years. I actually LOVE marketing, but I don’t love corporate. In 2018, as fate would have it (reads, new job didn’t work out) I started making content full-time. It’s been a wild ride, but I am so thankful that I’ve been blessed with this opportunity. I feel so free being able to express my creativity online and having a flexible schedule with a liter of children is amazing (and necessary).
What content do I create? Well, a lot.
I stream on Twitch. I started out playing games, but I quickly learned that people just wanted to talk or see me create something (probably has to do with my lack of gaming skills). Now my stream consist of sharing my day with folks, giving advice, painting or practicing some new art techniques.
I am an artist. I love to create pretty little things that are meaningful. I do this through painting and making ASMR content. BEFORE YOU CLICK THE LINK, ASMR can look really weird to someone that doesn’t understand it. So, read this explanation and keep an open mind. ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response. It’s defined as a “calming, pleasurable feeling often accompanied by a tingling sensation.” If you’ve ever zoned out listening to a sound or watching a video and experienced a tingly sensation, then you’ve experienced ASMR! ASMR videos help people get to sleep. They can also help with anxiety and anxiousness (speaking from personal experience). I promise you it isn’t some weird fetish or cult or whatever (lol). It truly does help people.
I am a budget fashionista. Okay, I am not really a fashionista, but I am trying to be a faux-fashionista I suppose. I recently created a life + style YouTube channel and, well, who knows what is going to happen there.
I will probably fumble my way through this entire fashion + lifestyle blog + YouTube channel…so, thanks for being here and reading / watching whatever crazy content I come up with! 🙂
