Fully Remote Healthcare Recruiter Opportunity
The Role
You'll recruit for clinical healthcare roles at scale, focusing on physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and also filling nursing, allied health, and other licensed clinical positions. You'll work directly with an assigned Project Manager and recruiting team.
Success means building pipeline, generating candidate activity, and consistently producing hires.
What You'll Do:
Source and engage candidates
* Proactively source active and passive candidates through job boards, ATS/CRM databases, social media, referrals, and networking.
* Reach providers by phone, text, and email, including evenings and weekends when needed, since many clinicians are only available outside standard hours.
Screen and qualify
* Conduct phone screens covering experience, availability, compensation expectations, and fit.
* Verify licenses, certifications, and credentials, and coordinate background checks, drug testing, and other pre-employment requirements.
Manage your pipeline
* Manage multiple requisitions at once and move qualified candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding.
* Keep candidate records and documentation accurate in CRM.
Report and improve
* Partner with the Project Manager on recruiting strategy and priorities.
* Track and share key metrics, including sourcing activity, submissions, interviews, offers, hires, time-to-fill, and pipeline conversion.
What You Bring:
Required
* 2+ years of recruiting experience
* Success managing multiple requisitions in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment
* Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search
* Comfort with high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails
* Availability for some evening and weekend outreach
* Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and stay accountable to project goals in a remote setting
Preferred
* Previous RPO experience
* Healthcare or clinical recruiting experience, especially physicians, APPs, nurses, or allied health
* Experience working across multiple recruiting systems and platforms
