Your privacy is important to us. It is the policy of HealthShape — Calories Tracker to respect your privacy and comply with applicable laws and regulations regarding any personal information we may collect about you, including through our app and related services.

Information We Collect

We collect information that falls into one of two categories: voluntarily provided and automatically collected data.

- Voluntarily provided data refers to information you actively enter in the app (such as your profile details).

- Automatically collected data refers to anonymous usage data sent by your device when you interact with the app.

Profile Data

When creating or editing your personal profile, you may optionally provide: goal, age, height, weight, activity level, and habits count.

These values are used locally within the app to calculate nutrition and wellness recommendations. This information is never shared with third parties and is not used for advertising or tracking purposes.

Analytics and App Usage

We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous analytics events that help us improve the app experience. These include button interactions (e.g. onboarding.button.*), onboarding step transitions (onboarding.step.changed), paywall views (paywall.*), and completion of intro videos.

TelemetryDeck processes all analytics data anonymously — it does not collect IP addresses, user identifiers, or any personal information. The data helps us understand general usage patterns and optimize app performance.

Log Data and Error Reports

When you encounter an error, limited technical information may be automatically collected, such as device type, OS version, and time of the error. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix bugs. It does not include any content you enter or upload.

Children’s Privacy

Our app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Security of Your Information

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply industry-standard practices to ensure your information remains safe.

Data Retention

Do Not Track
