Health Insurance?

I am not 17 years young and my dad is attempting to insure me for the basic vehicles we possess. However the insurance provider that peopleare with by rightnow claims I must be 24 before I can be covered under a classic car (or something along these lines). I'm already-insured under three newer vehicles like an extra driver. Are there any insurance companies that may guarantee small people under a vintage car? Whatif I had been listed as being an extra driver for the basic vehicle? Any responses are valued.
