Responsibility:
- Coordinate Application Support Services team members tasks, participate in staff recruitment and induction
- Create and deploy feedback mechanisms for end users. Analyze results, make recommendations for support process improvement, and implement changes
- Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support
- Monitor applications support service level
- Prepare regular reports and analytical work within the consigned applications
- Serve as coordinator and contact person for internal and external escalations regarding consigned applications
- Projects coordination on business systems deployment
Experience requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in comparable ERP systems (SAP) supports function and/or project work as part of the project team
- Fluent English (both written and spoken)
- Extensive knowledge in company application map
- Knowledge in application support and deployment (project management, process organization)
- Experience in operation, support and deployment of wholesale and retail systems would be an advantage
- University degree in Information Technology, with major in information technology or similar education
