As we continue our transformation into a truly global organisation, we're building new products, systems, and ways of working from the ground up. If you enjoy solving complex challenges, moving quickly, and making a lasting impact, you'll feel right at home.
We're looking for a Head of Product Operations to bring structure, clarity, and operational excellence to our Product & Technology organisation. Reporting to the CPTO, you'll lead the operating rhythm that keeps our teams aligned, our priorities clear, and our strategic initiatives on track.
Your responsibilities
* Own the delivery roadmap across key strategic programmes, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are visible and actively managed.
* Lead quarterly planning, weekly delivery reviews, and monthly operating reviews to keep teams aligned and accountable.
* Own the Product & Technology KPI framework and executive reporting, delivering clear insights for leadership and the board.
* Oversee the operational layer connecting product, pricing, billing, and customer entitlements, working closely with Revenue Operations.
* Lead a team of 3 Project Managers, a Data & Insights Analyst, and a Revenue & Monetisation Operations Analyst, setting priorities and supporting their development.
* Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal, acting as the operational extension of the CPTO.
Who you are
* You have 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, PMO, Technology Operations, or a similar leadership role.
* You have at least 5 years of people management experience leading cross-functional teams.
* You're experienced with project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com.
* You're confident working with data and reporting tools such as Retool, Power BI, or similar, with a working knowledge of SQL.
* You communicate confidently with both technical teams and senior executives, translating complexity into clear actions.
* You thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy building processes that help teams deliver at scale.
Why you should join
* Play a key leadership role in shaping how Product and Technology operate as we build the future of language learning.
* Partner directly with the CPTO and influence strategic decisions across the business.
* Build scalable operating models that enable teams to move faster and deliver better outcomes.
* Join a collaborative, international team focused on creating meaningful learning experiences for millions of learners worldwide.
* Remote position but occasional travel may be required for business engagements and events.
