Head of Product / EasyTip

EasyTip is a startup for cashless tipping in the hospitality and beauty space.

We are looking for a highly skilled marketing director to help us promote our products and develop the EasyTip brand into a leading fintech platform.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to lead the development of our fintech platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product management and product leadership roles with at least 4 years in the payments or financial services industry / regulated companies

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and growing high-performing product and development teams.

• Ability to work closely with engineering teams to translate technical concepts into product features and communicate these to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience in understanding of software and microservices architecture, API, design and integration patterns, including exercising the APIs through appropriate tools (e.g. Postman).

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Fluency in English and Russian.
