Head of Performance Marketing | Digmarit
At Digmarit, we provide digital marketing solutions that help businesses grow and engage audiences across digital platforms.
We are a fast-scaling subscription-based digital entertainment platform operating across 17 markets in the Asia-Pacific region. Our product has a proven track record and strong regional infrastructure — and we're looking for a performance marketing leader to take our paid acquisition to the next level.
This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely loves working with traffic. You'll be 70% execution, 30% management at first, gradually shifting as you build your team and show results.
What you'll do
• Own and scale paid acquisition across Facebook Ads, Google UAC, and In-App networks
• Build and test creatives, funnels, and media buying frameworks for Tier-3 Asian markets
• Work closely with regional teams to roll out performance marketing capabilities across 17 GEOs
• Hire and lead sub-teams for media buying and influencer marketing
• Report on user LTV, retention cohorts, and ROI at 30–90 day horizons
• Collaborate with existing marketing, retention, and affiliate resources
What we're looking for
• 4–5+ years in performance marketing, ideally from a product company (apps, digital platforms, subscriptions)
• Proven hands-on expertise in Facebook Ads and Google UAC — you can run and optimize campaigns yourself
• Experience with Tier-3 markets: Southeast Asia, South Asia, or comparable regions
• Strong grasp of acquisition KPIs: CAC, LTV, ROI, paid user cohorts
• Ability to build and mentor a media buying / influencer team from scratch
• Basic understanding of retention mechanics is a plus
• Native-level Russian proficiency
• English at B1 level or above
What we offer
• Fully remote — flexible time zone (APAC / EMEA preferred)
• Clear growth path toward CMO as the function scales
• Established team of ~10 covering SMM, SEO, retention, and ops
• Access to real traffic budgets and regional teams with strong local knowledge
