What You’ll Do:

• Lead team of ML-engineers and data scientists
• Lead the development and enhancement of our AI-powered features, including Avo - our AI Nutrition coach, and Simple Method - a personalized weight loss program and content recommendation system.
• Work closely with nutritionists and behavioral scientists to integrate scientific insights into our AI models.
• Work closely with product managers, lead developers and leadership team.
• Drive the strategic vision and technical roadmap for the ML department aligning it with company goals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging creative problem-solving and agile methodologies.

What We Look For:

• Extensive experience in Machine Learning and data science
• Proven track record in leading and scaling ML teams in a dynamic environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience in MedTech is an advantage
