๐๐ก๐ T๐๐ฌ๐ค build data and analytics capabilities in retail (including data roadmap development and execution, team formation and prioritized use cases delivery).
๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
- Building the company's Data and Analytics department.
- Managing and developing the department of the company.
- Managing the development of new approaches, workflows, and technologies.
- Proactively developing and implementing performance measures to improve the efficiency of the Data and Analytics department's processes.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing corresponding solutions.
- Developing technology business cases and budgets.
๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ-๐ก๐๐ฏ๐๐ฌ:
- Experience in data analytics, with significant experience in a leadership role, preferably within the retail sector or a similar dynamic environment, for 10+ years.
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing data strategies and leading data-driven business transformation.
- Level of English โ from Intermediate+ and above.
