About us:

We are a rapidly growing international igaming company with various brands operating in many jurisdictions. Currently, we are looking to fill in the Affiliate Manager position. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Affiliate Managers;
  • Research, acquisition and on-boarding of affiliates in all markets;
  • Follow up deals and commission payments;
  • Managing the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend;
  • Continually analyse competitors to improve company products and strategies;
  • Hire, train, lead and motivate a team of affiliate managers;
  • Creating processes and best practices in documents to ensure a uniform affiliates' structure exists globally, allowing for fluid management and scaling;
  • Establishing a close communication with top company traffic providers while working towards increasing joint business activity
  • Monitor personal affiliate managers portfolio to make sure company goals are meet;
  • Representing the company in affiliate and, marketing related convention around the world;
  • Implementing marketing acquisition strategies to maximise leads generation from online marketing channels;
  • Plan for entry in to new markets;
  • Analysing campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI;
  • Finding high-quality content to feature in top publications;
  • Determination of the department's development strategy;
  • Define, analyse and report on affiliate KPI’s;
  • Negotiate new and renegotiate old deals;
  • Traffic analysis;
  • Working on targets based on revenue generated within your key accounts;
  • Responsible for and monitoring closely the affiliate marketing P&L and KPIs to ensure positive ROI;
  • Work closely with Affiliate Managers and the Operations Team to identify and tackle fraud related issues.  

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in the Affiliate Marketing;
  • At least 1 years experience of team management;
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry; Holistic understanding of the RevShare, CPA and hybrid system in affiliate program as a business;
  • Growth marketing passion, excellent communication skills, excellent organisation skills, ability to adapt quickly to an ever-evolving small business, and born to lead attitude are essential;
  • Practical knowledge of Google Analytics; Knowledge of the technical aspects of partner integration;
  • Fluency in English, great analytical skills;
  • Skills in relationship-building and people management;
  • Great sales and negotiation skills;
  • International network/contacts in FinTech, Betting, Gambling, and Crypto will be considered an advantage.
