* TTS Expert: You know the TikTok Shop ecosystem, algorithms, and pitfalls inside out.
* System-Builder: You don't just "do tasks"—you build scalable SOPs that make the department run like clockwork.
* P&L Owner: You are responsible for the financial bottom line, margins, and growth.
* Leader: You build your own team and own the client relationship from A to Z.
