For Android, open the Application Manager from the Settings, and swipe to the left to see the list of Running apps.

Check your internet if it is connected . If not, then connect to the internet and try playing hay day in your iPhone 4 again then that should be connected to facebook . If it`s still doesn`t connect , report it to the service provider.
Because it is not connected and it is not a game that was provided by the facebook , it is not like with candy crush that you can connect to facebook and sync information from your phone in which it will make a user back up to sync it with another phone to continue the level even you are using another application.

Also, if you want to sync your hayday game and use another device that the game supported then you may do that but not in facebook. You can use their official App center which is displayed when you start the hayday game . to be able to get in the Hayday App Center you need to log in first using your log in credential and it will automatically Sync all your data so that everytime you play it on another device all you need to so is to log in once again to sync your device with the hayday server.

For the tips to earn more money, diamonds and most important is the guide in the game . you may follow the youtube link below, it is their official youtube page where all the guides and tips of the game are uploaded to help users.

Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/user/HayDayGuides .
