• Payment: Package and extension prices plus 7% Iowa sales tax. Paid in full up front. You authorize Haul Yeah Totes to keep your card on file for any extra charges below.
• Extra time & late returns: Need more time? +$10/day or +$20/week, plus tax. Text us at least 3 hours before your pickup time to extend — no missed-pickup fee. Totes not returned by the scheduled pickup date are billed at these rates.
• Delivery: Free delivery and pickup in Burlington and West Burlington. Outside that area, the delivery fee is quoted before booking. Delivery and pickup fees are stated separately and not taxed.
• Lost or damaged items: Normal scuffs and wear are acceptable. Lost, unreturned, or damaged items (beyond normal wear) are charged: tote $25, lid $10, dolly $15 each, plus tax. We send a photo or note before charging your card on file after pickup.
• Photo count: Haul Yeah Totes photographs the totes, lids, and dollies at drop-off and again at pickup. These photos, texted to you, are the official count. Any missing or damaged items are charged at the lost or damaged item fees above.
• Pickup ready: Totes must be empty and ready at pickup time. If they aren't and you didn't text us at least 3 hours ahead to extend, a missed-pickup fee is charged for every reschedule, starting with the first: $10 in Burlington & West Burlington; outside that area, the same as your quoted delivery fee. Extra days kept are also billed at the extension rates (+$10/day or +$20/week).
• Use: No hazardous/flammable materials, food waste, liquids, pets/animals, or illegal items. Max about 50 lb per tote. Keep totes indoors or sheltered. No writing or stickers on totes (labels provided).
• Your risk: You use totes and dollies at your own risk. Haul Yeah Totes isn't responsible for damage to or loss of your belongings, or for injuries from lifting or moving.
• Agreement: Checking the agreement box at Stripe checkout means you agree to these terms.
