I t would depend on the size of her breasts, how much she actually weighs, and the structure of her body. Some people have thicker skin while others have thinner skin. Generally speaking it sounds as if performing such an act can cause permanent injury almost immedately. Granted that some women will probably be able to do it with no problem at all while other women would probably not suffer the effects until years later.
I f you are hanging tight enough to not be able to slip a finger under the rope, then about five minutes. If you can slip two fingers under the rope (and still have her stable) about 15.

Those are high end numbers; in many cases, the numbes are MUCH lower.

Hilde Krohn Huse was stuck for so long that her camera battery went flat and she was only rescued when her cries for help were eventually heard by a friend
A naked artist was left hanging upside-down from a tree after a bizarre scene she was filming went embarrassingly wrong.
Hilde Krohn Huse, a former student of the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, Surrey, was alone in the woods with her foot caught in a rope noose.
The 26-year-old was stuck for so long that her camera battery went flat and she was only rescued when her cries for help were eventually heard by a friend.
Despite the fact that she "messed up", she is delighted that her unintentionally dramatic film has been chosen for inclusion in a UK-wide exhibition, New Contemporaries.
It is one of only 37 films featured, selected from 1,600 entries, reports Get Surrey.
The 11 minute-long piece, now entitled Hanging in the Woods, was made on an island in Norway called Aukra, where Miss Krohn Huse’s father grew up.
β€œI had organised a residency and was in Norway with four artists,” said Hilde, who is originally from Bergen but now lives and works in London.
β€œWhile I had a free day I went off into the woods to film some footage for a series of films I was planning.
β€œAfter I climbed up I felt the rope tighten and I thought β€˜that’s not good’, I realised I couldn’t get my leg out of the noose.
"The film stops as my battery died as well, but I was stuck there for about half-an-hour.
β€œAfter I felt it tighten I was convinced that I was going to need my leg amputated or something as the circulation was cutting off and my body was absolutely exhausted, the only thing I could do was scream for help.
"I still have a scar around my ankle over a year later.”
Much to Miss Krohn Huse’s relief, it was one of her friends who discovered her.
β€œOne of the other artists came to help me,” she said. β€œShe asked me if I was filming and I told her the battery had run out and I was stuck.
"She just kept averting her eyes and tried to untie me and after she had, I just got my things and hobbled back to the house covered in bruises and bark and everything.
β€œIt was an absolute relief when she turned up. All I was imagining was someone else coming and finding me.
β€œIt all went wrong, but I guess you could say it went well in the end despite the fact I messed up.”
On the mishap resulting in her featuring in the exhibition, she said: β€œI’m pretty pleased. I’ve been applying for quite a few years now and this year is my last shot.
β€œThe competition is open to students and those a year out of their studies. As I’m a year after my masters now, it’s good to have been selected.
β€œI really enjoyed doing my BA in Farnham. I made a lot of friends, I still hang out with and they helped me develop so I could get through to this exhibition.
Asked how she hopes visitors will react to the film, Miss Krohn Huse said: β€œI hope they feel uncomfortable.
"That sounds horrible, wishing my audience discomfort, but it’s not that pleasant a film, when made and to watch.
β€œI hope they laugh at the start and then start to question it when it all goes wrong.”
After graduating from UCA, Hilde went on to complete her MFA at the Slade School of Fine Art, and has just moved into a new studio at the Rum Factory with Bow Arts in London’s Artist Quarter.
New Contemporaries launches in Nottingham on September 18 and will tour the country.
