Job Summary
MarketEase is seeking an experienced HaloPSA Consultant to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, customizing, and supporting HaloPSA for clients across various industries. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement, configure, and maintain HaloPSA solutions based on client requirements.
* Configure workflows, automation, business rules, ticket types, SLAs, approvals, and notifications.
* Design and maintain reports, dashboards, customer portals, and service catalogs.
* Configure contracts, recurring billing, invoicing, and service management processes.
* Integrate HaloPSA with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, APIs, and other third-party applications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and user-related issues.
* Support data migration, onboarding, system upgrades, and platform enhancements.
* Prepare technical documentation and provide end-user training where required.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
* Follow best practices to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with HaloPSA implementation, configuration, and support.
* Strong understanding of HaloPSA workflows, automation, ticket management, SLAs, and reporting.
* Experience configuring contracts, recurring billing, invoicing, and customer portals.
* Knowledge of HaloPSA integrations, REST APIs, and email configuration.
* Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
* Availability to work Australian business hours (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM IST).
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in MSP environments.
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, SQL, and Power BI.
* Experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
* HaloPSA certification or equivalent implementation experience is an advantage.
