I have only three words about waxing down there: F—k that s—t. The thing about being an ethnic girl is you know really early on that bikinis are not for you. Before I even figured out what an underwire was, my legs, pits, and crotch sprouted dense, thick, black hair . Since then, I’ve learned to live with a lot of body fur.
Lucky me, I was blessed with an abundance of body hair AND sensitive skin. Nair made me break out. Shaving my bikini line left me with a swathe of ingrown hairs every time. And don't even get me started on waxing.
The idea of being totally hairless doesn't really work when your body hair fights back. And mine? It wasn't going down without a fight. So before I was even out of my teens, I did the only thing I could: I gave up.
I let my lady garden grow. And grow. And grow. My pubic hair starts with a happy trail at my navel, covers my crotch, and swarms all over my inner thighs. You will never see me in a bathing suit without a pair of shorts on top. I might be okay with the hair living there, but nobody should have to see that. Nobody except my husband , that is.
Back when I was dating, I was always very cautious about how and when I let my lovers see me naked . I usually waited until after we'd slept together a few times, in the dark, so before they could be shocked or grossed out by my ample bush they'd already decided they liked it. My husband was no exception.
Usually the guys would pretty much ignore it. But my husband was a different story. The first time he actually saw me naked he was all about it . It took about five seconds for him to shove his face down there and start going to town.
I'm not saying you should marry the first guy who thinks you're so hot down there, but that's pretty much what I did.

Maybe it's because he's always been a beard guy, so having hair around his mouth didn't bother him at all. Maybe it's because he just thought I was so hot that any part of me was hot by association. Or maybe it's because body hair isn't actually a big deal. Whatever the case, he was into it.
He likes getting up in there any way he can, and I LOVE that he loves it.
I love that I don't have to endure the torture of making my crotch somehow socially acceptable. I love that as far as he's concerned, all my body parts —hairy or otherwise—are parts of me, and that's what he likes best.

Ex-porn star Mia Khalifa sparked chuckles — and criticism — by announcing that her daughter would need to drop big bucks on fake breasts if she had any hope of resembling her infamous mom.
A video of the controversial skin-fluencer’s sketch about her “future” baby girl had racked up 7.3 million views on TikTok as of Wednesday morning.
In the now-viral clip — captioned “Sorry babes” — the 28-year-old can be seen acting out a discussion between her and her future progeny.
“Mommy I can’t wait to look like you when I get older,” the imaginary daughter says. Khalifa, who boasts 30.2 million followers on the video streaming platform, retorts: “Mommy spent $13,000 on her boobs and $15,000 on her nose — so you better start saving.”
Suffice it to say, the skit had the peanut gallery in stitches with many expressing shock that the retired adult star’s breasts — which were once injured by a hockey puck — were, in fact, enhanced.
“I always thought they were real they look so good in the most respectful way,” exclaimed one online gawker.
“Wait they aren’t real?” another flabbergasted fan chimed in.
Another follower complimented her inflated bosom, writing, “It was a good investment tho.”
Meanwhile, one TikTok pundit compared Khalifa’s potential future brood to that of the (allegedly) body work-loving Kardashians, joking how “they’re most likely gonna all get some form of plastic surgery by 18.”
Still, one critic wondered how Khalifa could afford such expensive alterations after reportedly only making $12,000 as a porn star.
Diehard fans will recall that Khalifa had a meteoric — but not exactly profitable — rise in the adult industry back in 2014. She also generated international headlines for claiming she received ISIS death threats as recently as 2018 over a scene she filmed in a hijab.
“People think I’m racking in millions from porn,” she revealed in 2019 . “I made a TOTAL of around $12,000 in the industry and never saw a penny again after that. Difficulty finding a normal job after quitting porn was… scary.”
Khalifa, a Lebanon native, claimed she only worked in the adult film business for three months, but was — and still is — one of its biggest names. Years after quitting, she was still ranked No. 2 on Pornhub for most searched stars, according to V ice.
“To clarify, I was never promised ‘millions’, nor do I expect it,” Khalifa said. “I’m just clarifying common misconceptions about me, and in turn, about the industry.”
Khalifa added, “I was involved in porn so briefly, but my actions spread like wildfire, and I continue to be ranked (truly baffles me) 5 years after leaving the industry. This is why people think I still perform.”
Meanwhile, it’s still unclear when Khalifa actually got her breast implants — but last year she did reveal that she had u ndergone an expensive rhinoplasty.
It’s not just her body that’s been revamped. Last year, Khalifa received a tidal wave of support from fans after campaigning to have old images and videos removed from porn-sharing sites such as Pornhub.
