A Harley Street breast surgeon abused his position to have sex with three patients after bombarding them with compliments and explicit messages, a tribunal heard.
Dr Olivier Branford, 49, one of Britain's top plastic surgeons, charmed the women to encourage 'emotional attachment', it was claimed.
Messages sent by the Cambridge-educated doctor included nude photographs and details of bedroom fantasies.
The married father-of-three told one patient that he wanted to make her his 'muse' before they had sex at The Cadogan Clinic, in Chelsea, West London .
He had liaisons with another patient at the clinic, who was married, and with a third patient when it wasn't 'clinically advisable', it was claimed.
Branford admitted all but four of 18 charges when appearing before the Medical Practitioners' Tribunal Service in Manchester yesterday.
Dr Olivier Branford, 49, one of Britain's top plastic surgeons, allegedly abused his position to have sex with three patients
Ian Brook, for the General Medical Council, said a fashion model known as Patient A sought breast reductions due to back and shoulder pain, plus self-esteem issues.
She told Branford she suffered from depression, anxiety, and 'hated the way she looked'. He said he could 'make her love her body'.
Messages then became more flirtatious, Mr Brook said, with Branford telling Miss A he 'wanted her to become his muse' so he could paint her, the panel heard.
Branford admitted having 'pangs of guilt' because he didn't want to hurt his children.
But they still had sex twice at The Cadogan Clinic in August 2019 and again the next month.
The tribunal heard the second patient - a married woman referred to as Patient B - also wanted a breast reduction, which Branford carried out in July 2019.
Branford called her post-operation breasts 'perfect'.
Dr Branford reportedly messaged one of the patients he had sex with: 'I am French, so sensuality is good. You are very desirable and sexy'
A tribunal at the General Medical Council (Pictured) heard he initiated his affairs with the patients at his high-end clinic
In further messages, he declared: 'I am French, so sensuality is good. You are very desirable and sexy.'
The pair shared fantasies, and he sent a 'naked selfie'.
They had sex in October 2019 but her feelings changed because she felt it was no longer 'special between them', Mr Brook said.
Patient B reported Branford to the Cadogan Clinic and the GMC because she believed it had been an unequal relationship and led to her suffering mental health problems.
Branford went on to allegedly had sex with a third patient - a model known as Patient C - after breast enlargement surgery in February 2020.
He allegedly flirted during initial consultations, then liked her Instagram pictures - describing one of her in lingerie and thigh-high boots as 'elegant'.
Branford advised her to book a 'false' appointment and have a 'shot' of cognac for anxiety beforehand, it is claimed.
The tribunal heard they had sex even though Branford knew it wasn't 'clinically advisable' for two weeks following breast surgery.
Branford admits to fostering an improper emotional relationship with Patients A and B - but not C - and that actions with all three were sexually motivated.
He denies knowing the women were vulnerable due to Patient A's body dysmorphia, Patient B's low self-esteem and Patient C's anxiety.
The surgeon, currently suspended, could be struck off if his fitness to practise is deemed to be impaired.
When the accusations were made in 2020, Branford, who graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge, in 1994, lived with his doctor wife in a £2million home in Finsbury Park.

A PLASTIC surgeon had sex with three vulnerable patients who came to him for boob jobs, a medical tribunal heard.
Dr Olivier Branford , 49, is alleged to have showered the women with compliments before bedding them at his private clinic.
The married father of three sent them sexually explicit messages and images, sharing details of his sexual fantasies.
Branford, a leading social media influencer in plastic surgery , had sex with one woman behind her husband’s back at his clinic, in Chelsea, West London .
He bedded another while she was recovering from breast surgery, despite it not being clinically advisable.
A Medical Practitioners Service misconduct hearing in Manchester was told that the Cambridge -educated surgeon encouraged the women to become attached to him.
But Ian Brook, for the GMC, said: “It was all one way because the patients became attached to him and not the other way.”
Branford, who could be struck off, admits all but four of 18 charges.

The depraved sex attacker who assaulted a schoolgirl 50 years ago can now be revealed to be her brother.
Sick paedophile Andrew Herbert attacked Liz Roberts in the early 1970s when he was 16 and she was just eight.
Herbert, now 67, admitted indecently assaulting her at a sex abuse trial at Bristol Crown Court. He also pleaded guilty to indecently assaulting a second woman, who was a similar age at the time of the offences and who cannot be identified for legal reasons.
Ms Roberts, a businesswoman now living in West Somerset, waived her right to anonymity and was upset when the judge banned the press from reporting the fact her abuser was her sibling.
Following today's hearing, the press may now properly identify Herbert as Ms Roberts's brother.
A judge handed Herbert a two-year community order, an indefinite restraining order preventing him from contacting his victims and an 18-month curfew. He was ordered to pay both victims compensation, and must also report as a sex offender for five years.
In a statement after the ruling, Ms Roberts declared: 'This is a victory for common sense and survivors.'
Andrew Herbert attacked his own sister when she was a child, it can now be revealed
Herbert assaulted Liz Roberts (pictured) in the 1970s when he was 16 and she was just eight
At the end of the trial earlier this month, she said: 'Such sexual abuse is a hidden scourge and I think it happens far more often than we think it does. And the only way to stop it is to talk about it and put the shame where it belongs, on the perpetrator and not the survivor.
She added: 'I've chosen to identify myself as someone who has survived being sexually assaulted by Andrew Herbert in the hope it gives confidence to other survivors, that if they tell the police their story, they will investigate and justice can be achieved.
'I waited 50 years to tell my story as I didn't think anyone would care about what happened. That clearly isn't true and I only wish I'd reported it sooner.
'There have of course been times when it has brought the trauma of what he did back, and I still have a long way to go in my recovery journey, but I have no regrets. People like Andrew get away with it by passing their guilt and shame on to those they are meant to be protecting and literally hiding in plain sight.
'There is support out there and people will help whether you want offences investigated or not. Justice comes in many forms. Feeling the care and support of everyone around me means that I can now hold my head high - that is the best kind of justice.'
Investigating officer PC Becky Norton said: 'Andrew Herbert's actions have had a lifelong impact on both his victims.
Following Herbert's trial, Ms Roberts decided to waive her anonymity to give confidence to other victims to report heinous crimes
'He claimed to have experienced a tsunami of shame but that is absolutely nothing compared to what they have gone through, for they have spent the past five decades living with the trauma he inflicted on them.
'They both deserve immense credit for standing up to him in court and telling the judge exactly how deeply his abuse has affected them.'
Detective Superintendent Lisa Simpson, lead for Rape and Serious Sexual Assault, added: 'What Liz Roberts is doing now, in waiving her anonymity, is nothing short of remarkable.
'Whatever the context of the crime, we are absolutely committed to working with the victim to achieve the outcome that's best for them. This might mean investigating but it also might just mean safeguarding them and providing them with access to support.
'Together, with our partners in the Crown Prosecution Service, we're working hard to hold offenders to account for the vile offences they have committed and, with the help of third sector partners such as SafeLink, The Bridge and SARSAS to making sure they are ok and helping them recover from the trauma they've endured.'
