HUANG RENJUN

Renjun is one of two NCT Dream members from China and plays one of the lead singers. He completed his education at Jilin Korean Ethnic Minority Zhongxuexiao (吉林市朝鲜族中学校) before finally moving to Beijing Contemporary Music Academy to solidify his abilities and talents in the arts.

Different from the five NCT Dream members who had been introduced through SM Rookies and were involved in various SM Entertainment activities, initially Renjun could only see the actions of the members on the small screen. Driven by his desire to become a singer, Renjun also participated in the SM Global Audition in 2015 and passed as one of the SM Entertainment trainees.

On August 21, 2016, Renjun was officially introduced as the sixth member of NCT Dream who will debut with the song "Chewing Gum". By showing a youthful and cheerful concept, Renjun immediately caught the attention of fans because of his pure and innocent appearance.

In addition to participating in every NCT ​​Dream agenda, Renjun also participated in the 2018 NCT mega project in the Empathy album. As one of the main singers of NCT, Renjun has also displayed his ability to sing songs on NCT's official Youtube account several times. In 2019, Renjun was trusted to be the radio DJ of Akdong Seoul. His performance as a DJ was successful in greeting his fans and giving encouragement even when NCT Dream was not carrying out any activities.

In 2020, Renjun also participated in the NCT 2020 mega-project in the Resonance album. After releasing NCT Dream's first album, Hot Sauce, Renjun rejoined the NCT 2021 mega project, Universe, in 2021.
