About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy HR Operations Executive who is passionate about building efficient HR processes through technology and automation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys streamlining operations, implementing AI-powered workflows, managing HR systems, and supporting a fast-paced, remote-first team.
Key Responsibilities
*     Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative processes.
*     Own and maintain HR documentation, SOPs, policies, and process guides.
*     Administer ATS, HRIS, and other HR technology platforms.
*     Leverage AI tools and automation to improve HR workflows and operational efficiency.
*     Coordinate recruitment operations, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
*     Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems.
*     Generate HR reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
*     Identify process gaps and recommend scalable improvements.
*     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
*     Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
*      3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Administration.
*      Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation.
*      Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
*      Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (especially Excel/Google Sheets).
*      Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to improve productivity.
*      Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) is a plus.
*      Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
*      Strong written and verbal English communication.
*      Comfortable working during US business hours in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
*     Experience working with US-based companies or global teams.
*     Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, and HR dashboards.
*     A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for leveraging technology in HR.
