HR Manager (iGaming)
@missblonde1We are looking for an HR Manager to manage our company’s recruiting, training and development as well as employee performance programs. HR Manager responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of local labour legislation.
Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
What we expect of you?
- Be the main HR contact for all people-related matters,ensuring company policies align with labor laws while focusing on employee experience.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support business goals and create a positive work environment.
- Manage performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback, and competency assessments to help employees grow.
- Organize training and development programs in collaboration with the T&D department, including workshops, leadership courses, and skill-building sessions.
- Support career growth by working on job grading, career path planning, and succession strategies.
- Boost employee engagement by planning corporate events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Oversee smooth onboarding and offboarding, ensuring new employees feel welcome and departures are well-managed.
- Work closely with managers and teams to understand workforce needs and provide HR support for business success.
- Track and analyze HR data to measure employee satisfaction, retention, and training effectiveness, using insights to improve HR processes.
What we’re after
- Proven work experience within an HR role
- Previous experience in Igaming (will be a plus)
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
- Solid communication skills
- BSc / MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant fields would be preferred
