💼 Обязанности
Developing and managing HR programs and processes; Onboarding, well-being and team buildings.
Leading and managing full-cycle R&D recruiting processes. Including technical sourcing activities, organizing HR events, a partnership with hiring managers, key agencies and performing a professional evaluation of candidates.
Find and engage with active and passive candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, social media, and employee referrals.
Initiating and leading organizational development activities.
