Nekki is a game development studio, the creator of Shadow Fight Arena, Shadow Fight 3, Shadow Fight 2, 11×11, and Vector. The total number of registered users for our games exceeds 1 billion worldwide. We develop and release games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with project teams at the same time (3-4 projects, up to 200+ people): producers, game designers, developers, art, QA, and support.

  • Supporting and developing People-processes in a fast-growing and multifunctional environment.

  • Collaborating with leads and producers as a business partner: discussing goals, challenges, engagement, and performance.

  • Solving complex HR cases: conflicts, motivation, onboarding, retention.

  • Building systematic feedback, performance reviews, and career plans.

  • Establishing trust-based partnerships with key leaders.

  • Analyzing HR data: engagement, turnover, risks of losing key employees.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in the role of HR BP / HR Generalist / People Partner for at least 3 years.

  • Experience working with teams of 150+ people and multiple departments simultaneously.

  • Skills in solving complex cases: conflicts, burnout cases, termination of key employees, delivering critical feedback.

  • Ability to connect with different types of leaders: from "control freaks" to visionaries.

  • Experience in implementing or adapting processes (performance reviews, 1:1 meetings, career maps, surveys).

  • Confidence, maturity, flexibility of thinking, and a sense of humor — essential traits for success in gamedev.

  • Desire to understand the business, product, and see real impact behind HR initiatives.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in gamedev companies or product-focused IT teams.

  • Understanding the specifics of creative professions and working in conditions of high uncertainty.
