Most agency marketing jobs mean grinding on client accounts. This one is the opposite.
Impact Media is a performance marketing agency managing over $1M/month in Meta ad spend for 7 and 8 figure ecommerce, educational and lead generation brands. Client delivery is fully covered by the team. Your only mission: grow the agency itself.
To be clear: you drive the growth, not the founder. He shows up on camera and records what you script. Everything that produces clients is in your hands. He is the face. You are the engine.
THE ROLE
1. Outreach - the heart of the job, where results come fastest
- Daily targeted LinkedIn DMs (Sales Navigator) and email outreach to ideal-fit leads
- Manage replies and inbound from our lead magnets
- Book qualified calls, then follow up so every prospect shows up
2. Funnels and lead magnets
- Build the landing pages, and email sequences (we can support with funnels)
- Track what converts, kill what doesn't, double down on what works
- Lead Magnets for Linkedin/Meta Ads
3. Content
- LinkedIn posts in the founder's voice: research, draft, schedule
- Youtube Content: building the channel, content strategy
- Short-form hooks and scripts, repurposed across every channel
- Value-added content, like mini-courses etc.
The target: at least one new client signed per month. That is the baseline. More is better, and your bonus is uncapped.
YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
Month 1: learn the founder's voice, get outreach and daily content running right. No client expected yet, but the machine must be set up to scale.
Month 2: lead magnets shipping weekly, a bigger one live on Meta ads, YouTube channel publishing weekly, content flow systemized.
Month 3: the full engine running smoothly, booked calls coming in consistently, first client signed.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
Outreach does not scare you: part of every day is spent in DMs and email, and you like it because that is where deals start. You have grown an audience or pipeline for a B2B brand (agency, consultant, or coach ideal). Your content generated actual clients, not just impressions. Your written English is exceptional. You are self-managed: we agree on weekly targets, you own how you hit them.
Not for you if you want to stay purely in "strategy" or have grown out of daily publishing and outreach.
