very nice hotel with wonderful staff, always very friendly and helpful. very clean, lovely lounge area inside. pool a little small during busy periods and the migrating herds are waiting from about 8.30 a.m to secure pool beds when the area opens at 9. This is a must see in salou lol. could be an issue for families but we where a couple and used the roof top adults only pool, almost always had free beds or loungers, and fantastic cocktails and the large downstairs pool would free up after lunch any way. room was lovely couldnt fault it but we booked a superior room with pool view and it was definitely worth paying the extra foor. housekeeping very good with bed sheets/towels etc. whenever needed. we bought our own toiletries but they had everything in the room, shaving kit, nail kits conditioners, lotions etc. we booked for breakfast and dinner, you can swap wither for lunch which is a nice option and actually we found lunch menu preferable to dinner. menu changed fairly regularly which was nice, fantastic selection there was always something nice to eat, and usually something you havent had before e.g rabbit, ray, etc. but for irish/uk no proper rashers or sausages. not a huge issue as GAA bar 2 minutes walk away offers full irish or scottish for about a 5er. service in dining was amazing, usual buffet options but also a fresh cook area, especially have to compliment Anna the waitress who was always very friendly and helpful and always a lovely smile. you pay for drinks but a litre of mineral water was about e2 and the lovely white wine verde i think was only e14, for beer options they have estrella but in the heat we prefered "Damn Lemon" like a radler. hotel was in an ideal location as less than ten minutes walk to the beach but far enough away from the strip to be quiet at night. if you cross the roundabout there is a lovely shady walk to the beach beside a restaurant called ruby tuesdays and down this street is a lovely supermarket with fresh breads etc and waters. the fridge in room is quite small and as we drink a lot of water we bought 5 litre bottles but stored smaller ones in the fridge. locally there are lots or great food options especially tbones and tacos and olivers seperate to this i have tried to be very unbiased but my experience of the holiday was influenced somewhat as we got engaged in the hotel, the team where absolutely fantastic so discreet in helping me to arrange, but incredibly helpful organising it and really made me feel more relaxed about popping the question and setting the seen. the staff where all amazing particularly the manager who checked us in ( i am so sorry i do not remember the name, all of the reception staff, Iraima and Iria. They really couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. …

We are currently at the hotel for our 6th stay- we love it here. The stress and expense in covid tests to get here was so far worth it. It was lovely to see familiar staff faces and new ones too. The hotel currently has no English guests just us but this is ok. The staff are work even harder, sanitizing sun beds and wearing face masks inside and outside whilst working. A great idea in the buffet restaurant is that you can get food tongs just so u have only touched them to make it more safer. Just one thing that has altered is the evening meal time is now 8pm which for us English is too late ! Whether it has been changed because the majority here are Spanish I am not sure ?? We normally book a standard pool view room but this time have paid for a deluxe - it’s much larger with a large balcony with 2 sun beds and are located on the 1st floor with a pool view . We love the location near to everything, great little kids club for the young ones! Here’s to another lovely stay thank you H10 Vintage. …

I have just returned from a 1 week holiday at the H 10 Vantage and i was extremely dissapointed with the quality of the food, yes there is a selection of salad' s, but not much else to pick from as the cooked veg, fish and meats where either dried up or over cooked, one evening the fruit was covered in fruit flies , and the staff are very rude and dismissive ,just not interested other than an apology thats it take it or leave it attitude, and absolutely no chance of getting ice from the bar staff who are also rude, would only rate this hotel as a 3 star plus ,most definatley not a 4 by anyone's standards

Hotel staff were all very friendly & the hotel was very clean I would stay here again only thing was the price of drinks were a bit on the expensive side & the breakfast wasn’t up there with the best I’ve had, evening meal was better always something on the menu that I could enjoy but we did eat out a few times in the bar across from the hotel (Harry potters) witch was very good and also with great staff and decent prices, overall a great holiday experience.

Ignore the negative reviews, we came here early September, this was a really reasonable priced break for a week in the sun , it’s very clean , food is very good , pools are both lovely, we enjoyed the up stairs adults only pool , it was very quiet with music playing, we could always get a sun bed which we liked , staff were friendly, can’t fault a holiday at this price thanks

Lovely clean hotel , lovely food , freindly staff , can always get a Sun bed, we are here now ,early September 2022, overall a lovely place , roof top bar is lovely and peaceful , very relaxing and its adults only , the bottom pool is lovely and for children too, I would recommend this hotel , can’t fault it

Just returned from a weeks stay. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in no way this is a 4 star hotel the rooms are very dated and dirty, the sheets had stains on and the skirting boards, tv, etc full of dust. We had a room on the first floor which was dark from morning to night. The swimming pool was very small for the size of the hotel with sun beds cramped next to each other so we used the beach daily. The worst part for us was the food very limited choice and the meat was mainly rabbit and veal, my kids are vegetarian and the choice was salad and potatoes very poor food. So grateful we were half board. On the positives the location is excellent a 5 minute walk to the beach and next to shops all of the staff were lovely apart from the woman on the reception with blonde hair who was rude and arrogant who everyone seems to complain about. …
Room Tip: Avoid first floor dark rooms.

Good hotel, nice people, but one big problem : they are playing this horrible lowlife headache reggaeton music the whole day, and very loud... forget about resting around the pool. I asked them to lower it (after asking the third person, fiiiinally someone did), and after 5 minutes it was as loud again. I asked again to a guy who was organising some shuffleboard game with 5 people around it, who bluntly answered "it has to be this loud with this game, I'm doing my job". I went again to reception to ask, and after no one gave a decent answer (they wouldn't even get the manager on duty), some girl showed up to tell me "most of the clients here are Spanish, and they ask us to play this music". Bulls... Do you really think I'm stupid ? Creeis que eso es una respuesta ? Muy mal... ultima vez. …

This hotel is ok , is decorated nicely and clean , we found the staff to be hit and miss some where friendly and helpful and some were not , the children entertainment team where not good , most nights there was meant to be a mini disco but they could not be bothered to run it so just did face painting or something like that , the food was not the standard we have had in other h10 hotels , this hotel will be good for sone but did not suit us

Our first holiday in Salou for many years, but will certainly return. The town is great and hotel very good. Excellent service at reception and in the bar. Restaurant is well run and there is plenty of choice. Pool area and pool were great, the reserving of sunbed was NOT allowed and towels were removed . We requested a mobility scooter for a disabled family member and it was parked outside within a couple of hours! .... this enabled us all to enjoy a stroll around the town after dinner. The rooms are good, fresh decor and lovely beds. Cleaning standards are excellent. Our only slight disappointment was the evening entertainment... poor. A party of disabled people and their carers arrived midweek, they were well managed and didn't impact our stay , any large party can be disruptive, but this certainly wasn't the case. We all need a holiday don't we !! We will certainly return and would recommend H10 Vintage. :-) …
