We have just came back from a lovely family holiday in H10 vintage Salou. Hotel was lovely. Room service every day with clean towels. Pool towels on request. Management and staff in the restaurant were very friendly nothing was too much trouble. Food was really nice and was hot. Poolside food was nice too. Lovely ice cream counter. Pool itself was on the small side but there was plenty of sun beds. We always managed to get some whatever time of the day it was. Downside was not many umbrellas for shade and you weren’t allowed your own for safety reasons. Couple of trees where you could find shade but it was really hot and would be nice with a few more umbrellas for people with children especially. One big disappointment was the entertainment they had dancers on several nights …

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! this hotel due to the fact that on our FRIST day at H10 Vintage Hotel we we was robbed for €300. I am not impressed! The police was called & investigated however, there was nothing the could do. Obviously, someone that works here went into our room and had entry into our safe! We was told that they only have one key which I do not believe is true! No safe has one key. Since this incident we have received no apologises for this incident or any complementary’s to say sorry. I think it’s a joke! DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here please take this on board!
Dear Shay As you comment before the police came to the hotel to check your room. We have made the registration of electronic door tickets. No external card was detected only than the clients staying in this room ( you and your family). The hotel is really sorry with the situation. Most of the time, we provide our customers with a great experience. I hope that this problems will be solved soon and you finally find the money back. As you know and the police said there is no indication of theft. So the hotel has nothing to do in these cases. We truly only have a copy of the safe boxes simply for these issues. HM

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks in June, and paid for a room for 3 adults, I was disappointed and annoyed to discover one of us had to sleep on a z bed for the two weeks,which played havoc with our daughters back. The room we saw when booking had 4 proper sized beds in it, but the room we were given was intended for two people only, not three. There wasn't enough room for all our clothes etc, and naturally the floor space was compromised with the z bed, plus only 2 chairs on balcony, two glasses in bathroom etc .So if booking with a party of 3 be aware of this.

It is a superior category and high price. YOu had booked a Triple Room, as you know you had a letter in your room saying that if at any time you detect any anomalies or have any suggestions, please contact our guest service management immediately so that we can improve you stay. Stayed here for a long weekend. Hotel is clean Food good Swimming pool brilliant for adults and kids Staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. Location perfect not to close but not to far from the beach and bars shops etc. Would defiantly stay again.

Stayed here for our family holiday with our 2 teenagers. Hotel clean and towels changed daily, room very small. Our room overlooked a street, which for us was ok as we weren't in the room much. The food was really lovely with a good selection daily. Entertainment most nights from 9 until 11 outside at the pool area, very enjoyable and relaxing and great cocktails. The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating. People queuing for sunbeds in the mornings around 9 o clock although wasn't the mad rush I've witnessed in other places. A downside at the pool area was not enough parasols, very few in fact and these also slotted into a hole in the ground so were no use anywhere else. The pool is not that big altogether. No balls etc.any size are allowed in the pool. There is an …
