Gymnastics


Gymnastics is an Olympic sport that includes physical strength, strength, agility, flexibility, elegance, control, coordination, and balance. The word gymnastics comes from the Greek word gymnons, which means naked, but it generally means training and exercising. Gymnastics is the most popular gymnastics event. Most of the gymnastics events include women's events such as two-stage parallel bars, an equilibrium pole, floor exercise, and a cutting board. There are also men's events such as floor exercise, massage, steel ring, cutting board, parallel bars, and high jump. Other types of gymnastics include rhythmic gymnastics, aesthetic group gymnastics, trampoline and tumbling, acrobatic gymnastics, and aerobic gymnastics. Some of the previous gymnastics events include rope, tightrope walking, and flying rings.
