Guzram's Port Flashing Guide
Guzram#### WHYRED GUIDE ####
For Most ROMs w/o specific guide :
For users who want to switch from Pie FW to Oreo FW ;
1. Goto your favorite recovery (latest pbrp is recommended)
2. Flash oreo Firmware 9.3.14 ARB4 if u're on Pie FW or if u dont want to go Oreo FW, follow second Guide
3. Reboot Recovery,
If u're encrypted (u'r internal will be formatted, take a backup) :
Goto Wipe - Format Data - Back Reboot - Reboot Recovery - Wipe - Advanced - System, Vendor, Cache - Swipe to Wipe
If u're decrypted :
Goto Wipe - Advanced - Check
Data, Cache, System, Vendor - Swipe to Wipe
To check encrypted or not, tap the Recent Button [] to show logs in the navbar and look for word "encrypted", if isnt exist then u're decrypted
4. Flash the ROM
5. Reboot, and wait up to 10min to reach Setup Wizard and u're done

For users who want to Keep using Pie FW ;
1. Goto your favorite recovery (latest pbrp is recommended)
If u're encrypted (u'r internal will be formatted, take a backup) :
Goto Wipe - Format Data - Back Reboot - Reboot Recovery - Wipe - Advanced - System, Vendor, Cache - Swipe to Wipe
If u're decrypted :
Goto Wipe - Advanced - Check
Data, Cache, System, Vendor - Swipe to Wipe
To check encrypted or not, tap the Recent Button [] to show logs in the navbar and look for word "encrypted", if isnt exist then u're decrypted
2. Flash the ROM
3. Flash your Favorite Pie FW kernel
4. Reboot, and wait up to 10min to reach Setup Wizard and u're done

For users who still on Oreo FW arb3/arb4 ;
1. Goto your favorite recovery (latest pbrp is recommended)
If u're encrypted (u'r internal will be formatted, take a backup) :
Goto Wipe - Format Data - Back Reboot - Reboot Recovery - Wipe - Advanced - System, Vendor, Cache - Swipe to Wipe
If u're decrypted :
Goto Wipe - Advanced - Check
Data, Cache, System, Vendor - Swipe to Wipe
To check encrypted or not, tap the Recent Button [] to show logs in the navbar and look for word "encrypted", if isnt exist then u're decrypted
2. Flash the ROM
3. Reboot, and wait up to 10min to reach Setup Wizard and u're done

Additional Guide :
Magisk :
1. use Magisk 19.3, flash the magisk after flashing the ROM directly, not after reaching homescreen.
OxygenOS ROMs :
1. after flashing OOS roms and reached homescreen, Goback to your Recovery
2. Goto Mount - Check System and Vendor
3. Flash the Vold Patch
4. Reboot.
Dont flash the Vold patch directly after flashing the rom

Bonus :
Error 7 : u forgot to mount System and Vendor
Use ADM to download roms on mobile phone to avoid zip error/corruption

#### TULIP GUIDE ####
For Most ROMs w/o specific guide :
1. Goto your favorite recovery
2. Make sure u're on Pie FW (no matter which version if ur device is already stable at that fw)
If u're encrypted (u'r internal will be formatted, take a backup) :
Goto Wipe - Format Data - Back Reboot - Reboot Recovery - Wipe - Advanced - System, Vendor, Cache - Swipe to Wipe
If u're decrypted :
Goto Wipe - Advanced - Check
Data, Cache, System, Vendor - Swipe to Wipe
To check encrypted or not, tap the Recent Button [] to show logs in the navbar and look for word "encrypted", if isnt exist then u're decrypted
3. Flash the ROM
4. Reboot, and wait up to 10min to reach Setup Wizard and u're done
