I'm usually the only one who showers after my workout (43 here) and most men just towel off and change. The few other men who shower tend to be my age group or late 30's - almost zero of the young guys do and I find it pathetic. Def you never see guys fully nude in the locker room anymore which is a major change from even ten years ago.
