Setup Iris Bot - a step-by-step tutorial

In this guide, you will learn how to set up Iris for Token Teams and make the most out of its functionality, and use our powerful tools to convert your Telegram Members to Holders.

Step 1: Install the Telegram Bot

First things first, open Iris Bot in Telegram
(By clicking this link, you will be directed to the Telegram messenger app)

Hit /start
Select your Telegram Community Group
Add Iris as an Admin to your group
In the group, hit `/setup`, then enter
Iris will now send you a 1:1 message and initiate the configuration

Step 2: Configure the Bot

Select your blockchain
You can configure the Iris bot for tokens on any of these chains: Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, Base, zkSync, Linea, Gnosis (xDai), Fantom, Tron, Cronos, and even new chains such as Mantle, Canto and Blast!
Enter your contract address and confirm
Congrats! Your Iris now automatically sends Buy Alerts to your group

Step 3: Brand it!

Iris is here to empower your community and put your brand first! Make use of all custom branding options, as your branding will be reflected throughout the entire user experience, from joining your Telegram community to becoming a Token holder.

Customization options include:

Upload your logo: Your logo will be used for your Flooz listing and when greeting new community members joining your Telegram Channel. We recommend uploading any PNG or JPEG at 500 x 500px. When uploading, make sure to upload using compression within Telegram
Upload a Buy GIF: Buy GIFs or Images are used every time someone is trading your token
Set a minimum Buy Amount: Set a minimum buy amount for Buy Alert. If left blank, Iris will send a buy alert for any transaction size.
Select a Buy Emoji: You can include up to 5 different Emojis within Buy Alerts. The bigger the transaction is, the more emojis Iris will include in the Buy Alerts
Select your Theme and Color: You can access our Mini Apps using Iris. Mini Apps are small web experiences that live natively in your Telegram community and include the Hub (a free alternative to Linktree optimized for your token and much more). To make it yours, please select a Theme (light or dark mode) and a dominant color using Hexadecimal Values, e.g. #008000 for the color green
Enter project description: You can provide a project description up to 280 characters. This project description will be published in welcome messages (every time someone joins your community), in your Token’s Hub, and when listed on Flooz. Avoid using URLs, as there is a dedicated feature for that below.
Verified URLs: Iris Buy Alerts and Welcome Messages are the single source of truth for all your verified links. You may add links to your Website, Twitter, Telegram (automatically added), CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap Listings, and Discord, and soon, custom links.

Step 4: One click import your token settings to Flooz.xyz

Update your token page with accurate and up-to-date info and socials.

Enter /setup
In the Premium section, select “1 click listing.”
Select your preferred package
A payment link is created
Follow the instructions. You can pay using stablecoins or natives across Ethereum, Polygon or Arbitrum or simply transfer funds.
Once paid, your listing application will be processed
You’ll be notified once the listing is complete. The verification message will also include a code snippet that you can integrate on your website to convert any visitor to a holder
