Guidance Note (Community Members) : Listing Fragment Collectibles in The Treasury

@Treasurer

We have received hundreds of proposals to list Fragment Collectibles on our official channel and to be included in The Treasury. After careful evaluation, we have rejected most applications as they do not align with our criteria for The Treasury. To provide more clarity, we have prepared this guidance note to help community members understand the type of Fragment Collectible names that The Treasury is curating.

Do: Focus on High-Value, Culturally Significant Collectibles

The Treasury is focused on curating high-value digital assets that hold cultural, artistic, and historical significance with substantial social impact. We welcome Fragment Collectibles from the following categories:

1.Art and Culture

Collectibles that honor important artistic movements, masterpieces, or culturally significant works are highly valued. Examples include collectibles named after renowned art pieces such as "Starry Night," "The Mona Lisa," or movements like "Cubism" and "Renaissance."

2. Historical Significance

Historical collectibles that commemorate significant historical events, landmarks, or individuals who have made transformative contributions to the course of history are encouraged. Examples include "The Great Wall of China," "Rosa Parks," "The Declaration of Independence," and "Apollo 11."

3. Finance and Economics

Collectibles that represent key financial institutions, major economic milestones, or influential figures in the world of economics are also welcome. Examples include "The Federal Reserve," "Satoshi Nakamoto," "Wall Street," and "Bretton Woods."

4. Science and Innovation

Fragment Collectibles that celebrate contributions to science, technology, and innovation that have changed the world are of high interest. Examples include "Albert Einstein," "Theory of Relativity," "The Internet," and "Marie Curie."

5. Entertainment and Media

Collectibles that recognize icons, shows, movies, or cultural phenomena that have had a profound impact on society. Examples include "The Beatles," "Hollywood Walk of Fame," "Titanic (Film)," and "Oscars."

6. World Supply Chain and Commerce

Collectibles that highlight critical global supply chains, important trading centers, or revolutionary products in commerce are encouraged. Examples include "Silk Road," "Port of Rotterdam," "Alibaba," and "Panama Canal."

7. Social Impact and Tribute

Fragment Collectibles that pay tribute to influential individuals, movements, or organizations that have had a significant positive impact on society are a core focus. Examples include "Malala Yousafzai," "World Health Organization," "Civil Rights Movement," and "Nobel Peace Prize."

8. Cultural Icons and Legacy

Collectibles that honor cultural icons whose contributions have become part of our collective legacy. Examples include "Bob Marley," "Frida Kahlo," "Nelson Mandela," and "Shakespeare."

Don’t: Avoid Low-Quality or Inappropriate Collectibles

The Treasury strictly does not entertain the following types of Fragment Collectibles, as they do not align with our vision or standards:

1.Telegram or TON Project-Related Collectibles

Collectibles that are directly related to Telegram infrastructure, TON Projects, or anything specific to this ecosystem are strictly prohibited. Examples include "TON Wallet," "Telegram Bot," and "TON Blockchain Project."

2. Meaningless or Random Names

Collectibles that use random strings of characters or numbers, or names that lack any significant meaning or context. Examples include "vvv192," "one902," and "asdf123."

3. Inappropriate or Negative Names

Collectibles that are negative in nature, disrespectful, or offensive will not be considered. Examples include "DickDurov," "InsultKing," and similar inappropriate or disrespectful names.

4. Misspelled or Imperfect Names

Collectibles with misspellings, grammatical errors, or imperfect variations of notable names are not allowed. Examples include "Leonardo DaVenci" (instead of "Leonardo Da Vinci") and "Nikola Telsa" (instead of "Nikola Tesla").

5. Lack of Cultural, Historical, or Artistic Value

Collectibles that do not represent any cultural, historical, or artistic value or do not contribute positively to The Treasury's mission. Examples include "RandomCarModel1998," "GenericFoodItem," or "RandomMeme2020."

6. Names that Lack Social or Cultural Impact

Collectibles that do not reflect significant contributions to society or culture will not be included. Examples include "GenericUsername123," "LocalEvent," and "UnremarkablePerson."

Value and Impact

The Treasury is dedicated to curating a collection of Fragment Collectibles that embody cultural, historical, and social value, creating a meaningful digital asset portfolio that reflects the most impactful aspects of human history and culture. We encourage community members to propose Fragment Collectibles that align with these values and to avoid submissions that fall into categories that lack significance or are inappropriate for The Treasury. Together, we can build a collection that truly reflects the best of humanity's cultural and historical achievements.
