GuestRoll is an event guest-list and RSVP tracker published under the package identifier io.brightlabs.guestroll. It is designed for individuals planning parties, weddings, reunions, and workplace gatherings who need to manage invitee rosters, record RSVPs, and run day-of check-ins. What We Collect

GuestRoll does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Every piece of information you enter into the app — event names, dates, venues, guest names, RSVP statuses, meal preferences, companion counts, and day-of arrival marks — is stored only on your device and never transmitted anywhere. The app does not connect to any analytics service, crash-reporting backend, advertising network, attribution provider, or cloud storage. No user data ever leaves your phone.

The only system permission GuestRoll requests is POST_NOTIFICATIONS. This permission is used solely to deliver local RSVP-deadline reminders directly on your device. These reminders are scheduled and displayed by Android itself, with no third-party push-notification service or external server involved at any step.

How We Use Your Information

Because no data is transmitted off your device, there is no external data processing to describe. All app features — creating and archiving events, building guest rosters, recording RSVPs, exporting a plain-text headcount report via the system share sheet, checking guests in on the day, and scheduling local reminders — operate entirely on-device using only the data you choose to enter.

Sharing With Third Parties

We do not share any data with any third party. GuestRoll ships no analytics library, no advertising or attribution SDK, no crash-reporting tool, and no push-notification service. There are no external recipients of your data because your data never leaves your device.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age group.
