Trouble with a carpet area, a tile count, a plank pattern or a stair takeoff? Send the numbers and we will work through it with you.

Include the dimensions you entered, the material and pattern you selected, and the quantity the app returned. That is usually enough to reproduce a calculation exactly.
Please complete every field, and check the email address.

Cut list of common questions
The tile count seems higher than my own estimate
The tile calculation adds an allowance for cuts and breakage on top of bare coverage. Compare the app's figure with your area divided by tile size and you will usually find the difference is exactly that allowance.
Why does a diagonal plank layout need more material?
Diagonal installations produce longer offcuts at every wall. The app adjusts the plank calculation to the pattern you pick, so switching from straight to diagonal will raise the quantity.
How are stairs counted?
Stairs are handled as one coordinated calculation covering treads, risers and the surrounding surfaces, then shown as a total per element so you can order each component separately.
Can I edit a job after saving it?
Yes. Calculations are saved automatically, so you can reopen a project, change a dimension or a material and let the job list recalculate before you order.
I reinstalled and my jobs are gone
Job data is stored only on the device and is removed with the app. There is no cloud copy for us to restore, so keep a separate record of jobs you may need later.
Do I need an account or internet connection?
No. There is no sign-in, and the calculations run locally so you can work in a property with no signal.
How do I report a wrong result?
Use the form with the exact inputs and the returned figure. Reproducible numbers get fixed far faster than a general description.
