im new to this whole modding thing and i dont know how to get the menu in to the game

After download Essential Menu and follow this steps:
Copy and Paste all files inside the scripts folder into your gta v scripts folder.
ex( C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\scripts)
Edit the Menu Key in the essentialconfig.ini (default is Z).
Can you update this so you can change the stats of the characters? For example, I want max stats such as Flying, Strength, Stealth etc. without having to level them up normally. Are you able to do that?
Script works fine it just has an open error

It's not in-game, I did everything, with the script and stuff. Still not there.
