We're looking for an early Growth Lead to help drive growth across Waivly and Valkence through content, communities, partnerships, and experimentation.
This isn't a traditional marketing role. You'll work directly with the founding team, turning ideas into momentum and finding creative ways to grow our brands.
What you'll do:
• Create content people genuinely want to watch and share.
• Build relationships with creators, founders, partners, and communities.
• Grow our presence across platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and Threads.
• Turn trends, launches, and conversations into engaging content.
• Test new growth ideas and double down on what works.
• Help make Skylr Infinite impossible to ignore.
We're looking for someone who:
• Naturally thinks about growth.
• Understands internet culture and online communities.
• Enjoys creating things that spread.
• Takes ownership and enjoys figuring things out.
• Wants to help build something meaningful from an early stage.
