Growth Manager (AI influencers)

About the role

This is a growth/product/marketing role focused on maximizing in-chat revenue with AI influencers (OnlyFans style).

What you’ll do

• Build and own an OnlyFans-style monetization funnel: AI Influencer (leads) → App → Chat → Emotional Hook → Revenue.
• Increase revenue by testing dialogue flows, scripts, content formats, and monetization mechanics.
• Manage and optimize a team of chatters.
• Analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and turn insights into clear product improvements with ML and Product teams.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years in Growth, Product, Monetization, or a similar role.
• Experience working with OnlyFans or Fanvue chats is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of gen-AI tools and hands-on experience using them.
• Comfortable working with both data and qualitative insights (e.g., reviewing chats).
• Experience running and analyzing A/B tests.
