Digital nomads. Work from anywhere

Company: Grillo Technologies

About the Role:
Project: Grillo Insights
Hours: 10-15 hours per week (~2 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
Location: 100% Remote (Global)
Compensation and Benefits (Base + Performance Bonus):
* Base Salary: $350 USD per month (~$6,300 MXN fixed base).
* Growth Bonus: +$1.00 USD (~$18 MXN) for every single new organic email subscriber net added to our Substack.
* Earning Potential: If our community strategies yield 100-150 new subscribers a month, your actual compensation scales directly to $450 - $500 USD+ per month.
* Perks: 100% remote flexibility, exposure to professional equity valuation models, and a metrics-driven bonus where your financial reward directly reflects your strategic success.
About Us:
Our media arm, Grillo Insights, is a fast-growing equity research publication on Substack. We specialize in deep fundamental analysis, proprietary valuation models, and discovering market anomalies in overlooked micro/mid-caps.
The Challenge:
We are NOT looking for a traditional social media manager to post generic engagement bait. We want a sharp financial mind to act as our community voice. Your sole mission is to siphon high-intent investor traffic to our publication by executing technical, value-driven interactions on Substack Notes and Twitter/X.
Key Responsibilities:
* Surgical Interactions: Leave technical, thought-provoking comments daily under prominent financial writers' accounts using our research database.
* Community Engagement: Reply analytically to readers who comment on our own posts to trigger platform recommendation algorithms.
* Smart Curation: Re-stack and retweet high-quality charts or ideas from peers, adding sophisticated analytical layers or counter-risk perspectives.
* Strategic Distribution: Package core highlights from our Lead Analyst's equity theses into high-converting hooks for scheduling tools (Hypefury).
Requirements (Strict Criteria):
* Background: Advanced student or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or an active private investor with a strong fundamental track record.
* Financial Literacy: Must thoroughly understand Free Cash Flow yields, debt structures, competitive moats, valuation multiples (EV/EBITDA, P/E), and 10-K/10-Q filings.
* Flawless Written English: Our publication serves a global institutional and retail investor base. Natural professional fluency is required.
* Critical Judgment: Ability to read an equity thesis, spot a blind spot, and construct a polite, data-driven counter-argument in under 5 minutes.
IMPORTANT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS (Screening Test):
To be considered for this role, you must include a 3-line analytical commentary on a recent mid-cap stock earnings report or market disconnect in your application message. Generic applications or those without this technical commentary will be automatically discarded by our screening process.
