We request you to take time to read, understand and follow the group rules for the smooth running of this learning group.

1. Respectful Communication: Always maintain a polite and respectful tone when communicating with other members. Avoid using offensive language or engaging in personal attacks.

2. English Only: This group is for practicing spoken English, so please use English language only for all your conversations.

3. Stay on Topic: Keep your discussions related to improving spoken English skills. Off-topic conversations should be taken to appropriate channels.

4. Quality over Quantity: Focus on meaningful and engaging conversations rather than flooding the group with numerous short messages.

5. No Spam: Refrain from posting irrelevant links, advertisements, or promotional content. Any such posts will be removed.
6. Help Each Other: Encourage and support fellow members in their language learning journey. Constructive feedback is welcome, but criticism should be constructive and respectful.

7. Avoid Slang and Abbreviations: Use proper English language and avoid excessive use of slang or abbreviations that may hinder the learning experience.

8. Privacy: Do not share personal contact information, addresses, or any sensitive information in the group. Respect the privacy of all members.

9. No Self-Promotion: Do not promote your personal services, courses, or products in the group. The focus should be on learning and improving spoken English.

10. Report Concerns: If you encounter any issues or observe violations of the group rules, please report them to the group administrators.

11. Stay Safe: Be cautious when interacting with new people; prioritize your safety. People act smart to gain your trust and do something nasty later. Aware of this basic human strategy. Don't fall prey to their strategies.

12. No Bullying: Any form of bullying or harassment will not be tolerated.

13. Stay Active: Participate regularly to make the most of your language learning experience.

14. Use English Names: Set your Telegram display name in English for easy communication.
15. No phone screen sharing/video sharing: Limit screen sharing for academic purposes.
16. The group administrators reserve the powers to ask new participants on live voice chat room to speak, introduce themselves. If someone continues not to speak in a voice chat contrary to their request, group administrators have the power to remove the person who is not speaking from the voice chat out of concern for the safety of other group members. Administrators have the right to expel without warning anyone who joins a new live voice chat room and opens the camera.
