How to clone Group Help
Clones are identical copies of Group Help. They have the same functions, updates and database. You will not need to set the settings again if you change clone! They're faster and more stable!
You can use an official clone (like @GroupHelpOfficialCloneBot) or create your own copy:
▫️ Go to @BotFather
▫️ Start it and type /newbot
▫️ Choose your clone's name
▫️ Choose your clone's username
▫️ Forward the reply message (do not copy and paste it) to @GroupHelpOfficialCloneBot
▫️ Done!
➕ If you want to change the bot pic, send /setuserpic to @BotFather
➕ If you want to set a command list send /setcommands to @BotFather and put one of these two lists
WARNING: If you add a clone in a group, please remove the first one and make the new one admin!
How to set up a Log Channel
▫️ Create a channel (only the channel founder can do it)
▫️ Add as admin the same bot present in the group (careful not to confuse, even if they are similar they are different)
▫️ Write in the group: /settings > Other > Log Channel > Add
▫️ Send a message in the channel
▫️ Forward (not copy paste) that message to the group
How to set up a Staff Group
Group Help allows a complete linking between main groups and Staff Group.
▫️ Add @GroupHelpOfficialCloneBot (or a clone) to the main group and make it admin.
▫️ Add @GHStaffBot only to the Staff Group.
▫️ The main group founder needs to write in the staff group /gruppostaff and has to follow the bot's instructions.
▫️ Once you have forwarded the message, go back to the Staff Group and select YES. The linking process will have ended.
Usable commands in the Staff Group:
▪️ /ban, /unban, /kick, /mute, /unmute, /warn, /unwarn, /warns, /info, /infopvt (not in reply, obviously)
▪️ /send message that should be sent in main group/s
▪️ /stat will show stats of linked groups
▪️ Personal commands and answers
⚠️ WARNING! It's possible to link more than one group to the staff one but this will make the bot effect same operation (ban, send...) on all groups linked.
Reduced mode of Group Help
The reduced version of Group Help starts operation instead of the "complete" version when the server has some problems or a scheduled maintenance is performed.
When the reduced version is running some commands and functions are turned off:
• Any operation in private chat with the bot
• Roles management commands (mods, cleaners...)
• Settings modification
• Info or warning commands
• Message of start/end of night mode
• Scheduled deletion, self-destruction, total cancellation and delall
• Official support via bots, use official groups instead
ALL OTHER COMMANDS ARE ACTIVE NORMALLY.
• In case of an automatic punishment set to "warn" a "mute for 10 minutes" punishment will be given.
• In case of an automatic punishment set to "ban" a "mute for 60 minutes" punishment will be given.
About GroupHelpSecurity
Hi guys, here we will describe an essential part of Group Help, the two support Bots:
• @GHSecurityBot and @GHSecurity2Bot
The first Security, @GHSecurityBot:
• It will halve the load of the main clone
• It permits to log, in channel log, users who left the group
• Allows you to use functions such as welcome, captcha and other controls at the users join, in groups with more than 10,000 members
The second Security, @GHSecurity2Bot:
• Halve the main clone load + the @GHSecurityBot load
• Permits to use the manage users functions in settings
• Permits to delete more faster messages in the group, with bot commands
⚠️ We also remind you that these 2 bots will never send any message to the group, but will only perform restriction actions so assign them the correct permissions.
Keep in mind that Bots have restrictions imposed by Telegram, they cannot do more than N actions in N time, so it is VERY IMPORTANT to have both of them in the group or at least @GHSecurityBot.
What is the BlockList
🚷 The Group Help BlockList is a new preventive block format created in order to penalize only people who do acts aimed at damaging groups.
👤 Only accounts that are harmful to groups are included in BlockList, mainly some flood-userbots and who send NSFW material.
🕓 The permanence of an account in Blocklist has a duration of circa 30 days, and in some cases it can be extended indefinitely, if the user is still considered highly dangerous.
⚠️ In order to request the removal from the blocklist, contact Group Help /support from any clone by the blocklisted account.
