Ground Rules.
Epicenter.•) Before taking part in the upcoming fan signing session, Philes are expected to subscribe to the @Epiicenter also @Epitalk channel.
•) Slot war and blind date is something we implemented as a system in this event. The event itself is accessible for everyone with one of these account types: BA, PA, CA, FA, and RP.
•) Each Philes can only grab one slot from all those musicians that will be showcased that week, but they are free to keep doing the slot war as long as they get none at all. After winning a slot that week, Philes must refrain from taking part in slot wars for the next three weeks.
•) We will hand Philes a brief form to fill up with their details for slot warfare. The format must be sent to the bot by Philes within the time limit stated when the musicians’ greetings are posted to the channel, similar to the slot war approach of free renting.
•) The lucky Philes will be gifted an album they can bring to the session with the musician whose slot they have protected.
•) Every musician will have a quick 20–30 minute long for a pleasant talk with two gifted Philes. Session beginning times might be negotiated.
•) The session will take place at a moment agreed upon by the musicians and the Philes themselves. So, the Philes who get a spot will be reached by one of us to address when the session will start.
•) Philes and musicians are urged to take well their time throughout the session in order to prevent wasting time and a fun as well as engaging conversation can be had.
•) In contrast to the free rental, this session simply involves Philes and musicians in a casual setting with no rules or standards, with the intention of helping both parties in getting to know one another better.
•) Despite the shortness of the session, Philes and the musicians had to respect and keep each other’s privacy safe.
•) Philes won’t be asked to lend an honest review at the end of the session, unlike in a usual rental session. Instead, the musicians will present Philes a marked album as a remembrance.
